Yesterday my girlfriend @delilhavores , wrote a post where she talked about her participation in the Olio di Balena contest #8.
The title is ... "My Goals and Resolutions for the New Year" and she proposed that I participate in this initiative.
For many years, I never wrote good resolutions, since I started writing down my goals month by month giving myself deadlines, my efficiency has increased.
I would like to share with you my ideas to improve even more in this 2025.

Divide the monthly goals into 4 categories (high priority, low priority, postponable and NOT to do!). I will introduce this last category this year and it is important, because to be productive and focused on what is truly valuable you also have to learn to say NO, if you can't do 10 things, do 5 in a fantastic way.
Budget your expenses, create an excel sheet in which you write down the money you spend each month and what you spend it on, it takes time but you can't make more efficient what you don't measure. I've been trying to save for years without quantifying precisely what I spent the money on. I created my excel sheet a few days ago and I'm very motivated.
Invest as much as possible in what you think is right and that can make you get a return but have the courage to invest money in yourself too, because no one in this world can steal what you know how to do. I have decided that in 2025 I will invest in myself by creating an editorial plan that leads to the writing and publication of at least 2 books related to phytotherapy, my passion. It will cost me in terms of money and time but I know it will be one of the best investments of my life.
If you have an idea, don't discard it, but immediately try to do something to make it happen, the greatest human ability is imagination and often our brain is limited because it is clouded by a thousand commitments every day. The mind does not have the limits of the brain and can provide us with sparks every day that can improve our lives. don't DELAY! If you have an idea, WRITE IT! and make a project!
I have always written here on Hive in my favorite community Discovery-it. I had the idea of trying to publish on other communities too, I wasted no time, that same evening I wrote 6 posts and half of these will come out in the next few weeks on other communities. It's a simple example but I will let this awareness guide me throughout 2025. Don't delay.
These are my "Fantastic 4". They are a strong, balanced and motivated team. Try to build your team and don't start by thinking about what to add but what to REMOVE!

This year I want to lose 5kg, if you also want to lose weight, do not add the gym because it is a commitment that will make you spend money and money without guarantee of improving, you could be hungrier after the gym and eat even more ...
If you want to lose weight go immediately to the kitchen and do as I did, throw in the garbage all the caloric food that you do not need, for example French fries! Next time at the supermarket you will remember it and you will save time and money.

Ieri la mia fidanzata @delilhavores , ha scritto un post dove parlava della sua partecipazione al contest #8 di Olio di Balena.
Il titolo è ... “I miei Obiettivi e i miei Propositi per il Nuovo Anno” e mi ha proposto di partecipare a questa iniziativa.
Per molti anni, non ho mai scritto buoni propositi, da quando ho iniziato ad annotarmi i miei obiettivi mese per mese dandomi delle date di scadenza, la mia efficienza è aumentata.
Vorrei condividere con voi le mie idee per migliorare ancora in questo 2025.
Suddividi gli obiettivi mensili in 4 categorie (alta priorità, bassa priorità, rimandabili e da NON fare !). Quest' ultima categoria la introdurrò quest'anno ed è importante, perchè per essere produttivi e concentrati su quello che ha davvero valore bisogna imparare anche a dire di NO, se non puoi fare 10 cose, fanne 5 in modo fantastico.
Fai budgeting delle tue spese, crea un foglio excel in cui annotare i soldi che spendi ogni mese e in cosa li spendi, richiede tempo ma non puoi rendere più efficiente ciò che non misuri. Ho cercato per anni di risparmiare senza quantificare in modo preciso in cosa spendevo il denaro. Ho creato il mio foglio excel pochi giorni fa e sono molto motivato.
Investi quanto più possibile in ciò che ritieni giusto e che possa farti ottenere un rendimento ma abbi il coraggio di investire denaro anche in te stesso, perchè nessuno a questo mondo può rubarti quello che sai fare. Ho deciso che in questo 2025 investirò in me stesso realizzando un piano editoriale che porti alla scrittura e alla pubblicazione di almeno 2 libri inerenti la fitoterapia, la mia passione. Mi costerà in termini di denaro e di tempo ma so che sarà uno dei migliori investimenti della mia vita.
Se hai un' idea, non scartarla, ma cerca subito di fare qualcosa per realizzarla, la più grande capacità umana è l' immaginazione e spesso il nostro cervello è limitato perchè annebbiato da mille impegni ogni giorno. La mente non possiede i limiti del cervello e può fornirci ogni giorno scintille che possono migliorare la nostra vita. non RIMANDARE ! Se hai un'idea, SCRIVILA ! e realizza un progetto !
Ho sempre scritto qui su Hive nella mia comunity preferita Discovery-it. Ho avuto l'idea di provare a pubblicare anche su altre comunity, non ho perso tempo, la sera stessa ho scritto 6 post e la metà di questi usciranno nelle prossime settimane su altre community. E' un esempio semplice ma lascierò che questa consapevolezza mi guidi per tutto il 2025. Non indugiare.
Questi sono i miei "Fantastici 4". Sono una squadra forte, equilibrata e motivata. Cerca di costruire la tua squadra e non iniziare pensando a cosa aggiungere ma a cosa TOGLIERE !

prova a pensare, cosa devo togliere per essere più felice ?
Quest'anno voglio perdere 5kg, se anche tu vuoi perdere peso, non aggiungere la palestra perchè è un impegno che ti farà spendere soldi e denaro senza garanzia di migliorare, potresti essere più affamato dopo la palestra e mangiare ancora di più ...
Se vuoi perdere peso vai subito in cucina e fai come me, butta nella spazzatura tutto il cibo calorico che non ti serve, ad esempio le patatine fritte ! La prossima volta al supermercato te ne ricorderai e risparmierai tempo e denaro.
