This post is in continuation with the ACKO Car Insurance - Prompt with Approvals & Service At Door Step.... In short I had my car damaged and my insurer Acko was dealing with the car service center for all the repair. In between there were some hiccups where I didn't like the service from another service center which was not the authorized service center of Hyndai and hence I requested Acko to change the vendor to which they happily accepted my request and then my car was shifted to an authorized service center of Hyndai which was PLANET HYUNDAI (MANINAGAR-AHMEDABAD). There was a question from @sanjeevm bhai whether Acko Insurance provides the flexibility to get the work done from the authorized vendor - then Bhain the answer is Yes - as I got all car work done from an authorized service center. Coming to the "Delivery Order / Liability Letter - Registration number - KA03MT0382" I got an email stating that the payment of ₹26633.46 owed by ACKO to PLANET HYUNDAI (MANINAGAR-AHMEDABAD) will be directly paid through bank account transfer (via NEFT/IMPS/IFT). also an TDS amount of Rs.449.71/- will be deducted from the payable amount. Here is the finally summary....

In short total cost of the repair was around Rs.39K+ Acko paid Rs26K+ and from my pocket I need to pay around 13K+ and after which the PLANET HYUNDAI service center would be delivering my car at the door step. My plan is to visit the service center, have a look at the car, check the bills and then pay before I take the delivery of my car. So incase there is nay problem it can be highlighted and sorted out there itself. Altogether the experience with Acko Insurance was good they gave me call before sending the Finally getting Delivery Order / Liability Letter explaining me each and every thing about the settlement they have done and I need to pay as part of my insurance plan. Also they told me to collect the bills from the service center and there is 6 months warranty on all the parts that has been replaced if incase there is any defect in lights or other material that would be be replaced immediately. Ok this all I had to say on the final dealing with the Acko Insurance and my experience with them.
