First thing please do not fear or panic if you see - "Delayed Votes" on your hive account on hiveblocks. There is nothing to worry about it and "Delayed Votes" being indicated there correspond to chunks of Hive Power aka HP gradually unlocking each day until full governance weight is realized. Which in layman's terms mean that as soon as you power up your account with #HIVE all of it will not be avaiable for witness or proposal voting immediately. Instead, your voting power will ramp up linearly over a 30-day period, ensuring fair and consistent influence across the Hive blockchain. Remember the instance of STEEM hostile take over where all the HIVE POWER taken from an exchange was being used for manipulating witness votes and seizing control of the network’s governance? To prevent such type issues with HIVE we have this "Delayed Votes" mechanisim implemented and there is a 30-day delay on governance voting power after a power-up. Hope I was able to explain this term "Delayed Votes"what it denotes on HiveBlocks. Moving further lets try to understand it with the help of an example.

Understanding "Delayed Votes" on HiveBlocks? with an EXAMPLE...
In the above table it is a summary of the date and time when a portion of my HIVE POWER vote weight becomes fully active. The amount of Hive Power (converted internally to a numeric stake value) that will be activated at that time. I have just taken those numeric values displayed on the Hiveblocks for my account and have sum them up for the days where there has been multiple HIVE POWER UPs. Coming to the main point now, you can clearly see from the above table that on July 1, I had a huge delayed vote and this is likely becuase of a large power-up. Same for July 8 and July 18. These are my account @gungunkrishu major increases in witness vote strength. Hence whenever you do a HIVE POWER UP all of it is not going to be avaiable for witness or proposal voting. The Delayed Voting indicates the Hive Power ramping up gradually over a 30 day period. Here is another example of my account where I taken the picture for 0 - 5th records and lets analyize it.
As you can clearly see from the above image there a chunks of Hive Power (HP) that are gradually becoming active for witness/proposal voting over time. These chunks represent HIVE POWER UPs done, and they are unlocking day by day. Breaking this down to a tabular form to make it more understanbale.

I am consistently powering up my account and hence have more of delayed votes indicated. The major power-up was on HPUD i.e. on May 1st is now being full avaialbe for voting. The “Delayed Votes” list on HiveBlocks shows exact timestamps when chunks of Hive Power (HP) become fully usable for governance voting.
