It's been a while since I talked about the Stock Market 101 series. So how come today I am doing this post. There is a small story to it which is tied to the - "Dividend Credit Intimation" mail that I got from JUPITER WAGONS LIMITED company. And so, I thought it would be a good time to bring back the Market 101 series and talk about DIVIDENDS — the free money of the financial markets, which is somewhat similar to AIRDROPS in the crypto space. Plus to be honest, I am sure we all love both i.e. Dividends and Airdrops. Do you agree with me here? Ok now coming back to the original topic of dividend received here is the summary to the dividend directly credited to my bank account.

As clearly seen from the above table, I #hodl 921 [921 * Rs.390] shares of JWL that is worth $4,320 USD approximately. But overall considering the market price of JWL and my average buying price I am still incurring loss of Rs.50K+ but then this is a separate story as I am in for long run here and until I don't get like 15% profit on my investment I am not going anywhere and will be holding and buying more JWL stocks as this should further bring down my average buying price. I am 100% sure one day it will definitely go over my buying price and then the real game will begin. The plan ahead is to bring the total number of JWL stocks to 1K and then pause further buying. The dividend that I got for Rs.900+ is good as its a FREE money but I intend to leverage the same to buying more JWL stocks. So, no cash out at the moment. At the same time, I’m thinking of checking the dividend history of JWL, and if it turns out to be consistent and rewarding, I might possibly think to increasing my holdings gradually to benefit from future dividends.
