PS! I would have used 3speak, but 3speak wouldn't just work
This is the video tutorial, but I added some instructions below for you to follow.
I saw this post by @coldbeetrootsoup it's a post about voting the decentralized apps on Hive on the website thedapplist.com. So I decided to make a video tutorial because the post itself had 37 comments, and when I checked the voting site, splinterlands had only 8 votes.
This means that a lot of people do not know how to actively participate, which is because you clearly need an Evm-compatible wallet to vote, and I am not sure how many people know how to do this, so it is either that or the voting has not begun yet.
Another reason is that it may be difficult to complete on mobile. I attempted to connect my Metamask wallet, but it did not work, and I believe this is due to a problem with using mobile devices.
So I discovered a simple hack that eliminates the need to download extensions for the brave browser or use the Metamask extension on the misses browser.
So, if you use mobile devices, this video is for you.
So all you need to do is to open up your Metamask wallet, copy the website https://thedapplist.com/ and paste it on your Metamask browser. It'll take you to the voting site. Then click connect wallet, and the site will automatically sign the contract using your Metamask address.
How to vote
✓ Scroll down until you see splinterlands. Because the voting is done in order of highest to lowest, splinterlands is likely to be near the bottom.
✓So click the vote button, the contract will ask you to approve, then sign in, and it will simply say voted. Then you are done.
This is for mobile users, and since many of them are on their phones, they will vote directly with their Metamask wallet. You can do this, then submit a screenshot of your vote to @coldbeetrootsoup's post (the link is at the top) for rewards.
All you need is the Metamask wallet. I have attached a video tutorial, check it out.
