My 2022 Financial Goals:
Hive, Hive Second Level Tokens, Blockchain Games and Time Tokens
The year 2021 has just ended and the beginning of the new year is an opportunity for me to set new goals.
Setting goals is important because it's the first step to achieving them.
Today I want to share my financial goals that I would like to achieve in the year 2022 and a large part of these goals relate to my favorite blockchain project: Hive.
Hive was my gateway to the decentralized world of blockchains and was also the blockchain project I spent the most time on during the year 2021.
Exactly one year ago, the value of a HIVE token was much lower than it is today: $0.1165 (January 2, 2021)
Today, January 2, 2022, the value of a HIVE token is $1.64.
In one year, the value of a HIVE token has increased by +1307.73%.
For those who, like me, believed in the potential of the Hive blockchain even when it was worth much less than it is today, the year 2021 was definitely a positive and satisfying year.
Even if today HIVE tokens have a much higher value than a year ago I still see a lot of potential in the Hive blockchain and I consider the current value still undervalued (this is not a financial advice).
That's why my main goals for 2022 are all about Hive and they are all about growth within Hive.
One of the activities I most enjoy doing is posting content on the Hive blockchain and interacting with other Hivers.
I always post a monthly report on my progress on Hive and today I went to see the value my Hive wallet had in January 2021 (image below).
On January 4, 2021 my wallet had a total value (HP+HDB+HIVE) of 11867,616 HIVE = $1336.29.
Today January 2, 2022 in my wallet I have:
- 0.272 HIVE liquid
- 20012.068 Hive Power (HP)
- 272.88 HBD
- 1020,294 HBD (in Savings)
The total value of my Hive Wallet is 20785,090 HIVE = $34087.54
In one year the HIVE value of my wallet has increased by +42.90% with an increase in value of +8917.5 HIVE.
When I look at the dollar value of my wallet the increase in one year is even greater:
- +32751.3$
- +2450.91%
In one year the blockchain of Hive has given me a lot but beyond the economic gain that I got it has given me the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world and allowed me to expand my knowledge by reading the posts of other authors.
My goals on Hive for 2022 are all growth goals.
I have never done a Power Down and even in 2022 I will continue to do Power UP and renew my main goal that I did not achieve in 2021 but will try my hardest to achieve by December 31, 2022: 30000 Hive Power.
My Main Hive Goal:
To be reached by December 31, 2022.
Reaching 30000 HP by December 31, 2022 will be my main goal but it won't be the only goal I'll be trying to achieve.
My Secondary Hive Goals
Engagement Goal (total number of comments): 12823 -> 20000
So far I have written a total of 12823 comments.
In the year 2022 I will try to reach the total number of 20000 comments.
To reach this goal I will need to write an average of 20 comments per day.
To grow on Hive it is important to interact and this will be a really important goal for me.
Reputation Goal: 77
My reputation value is 74.53 points and my goal for the year 2022 is to reach a reputation of 77 points.
Total Number of Posts Goal: 1413
To date, I have published 1113 posts.
Being consistent in posting content is just as important as interacting, and my annual post-related goal is to publish a post for every day of the current year: 365 posts during 2022.
Followers Goal: 1500
My profile on Hive has 1034 Followers and during 2022 I would like to reach a total number of 1500 Followers.
In order to achieve this goal I must commit to posting interesting and useful contents.
Hive Second Level Tokens
Hive's blockchain has three main currency tokens:
- HIVE
- Hive Power (HP)
- Hive Backed Dollars (HBD).
On Hive's blockchain there are also many second level tokens that can be bought, sold, transferred by the following dex:
The Community Tokens
There are tokens that are linked to communities and specific tags and can be staked.
This type of token allows you to earn income from voting activity on posts that have certain tags.
My annual goals related to Hive's second level tokens linked to specific tags are as follows:

For most of the tokens listed above, I've created a dedicated account that doesn't publish content but has the sole purpose of voting on posts with tags linked to the tokens.
This gives me a chance to optimize the accumulation of Hive's second level tokens.
Engagement Tokens
Interaction is important on Hive and there are tokens that are meant to reward interaction.
By staking this type of token it is possible to send a certain amount of tokens through the use of a specific command inserted in a comment.
My goals for the year 2022 related to Engagement tokens are as follows:
- PGM token (creator: @zottone444):
- Staked: 138 PGM (100 PGM = 3 commands per day = sending 0.1 PGM per command).
- Target 2022: 500 PGM (Staked)
- LOLZ token (creator: @lolztoken):
- Staked: 136 LOLZ
- Target 2022: 300 LOLZ (Staked)
- LUV token (creator: @crrdlx):
- 335 LUV
- Target 2022: 500 LUV
- PIZZA token (creator: @pizzaexpress):
- Staked: 43 PIZZA
- Diesel Pools: 100
- Target 2022: 500 PIZZA
I did not include BEER tokens in the list because I have already reached the goal related to this token.
I have 480 stacked BEER tokens in my wallet that allow me to send 20 commands per day for a total of 2 BEER tokens per day.
During 2022 I will sell the BEER tokens in excess of the 480 total tokens to achieve my goals related to the other engagement tokens.
Blockchain Games
I am convinced that blockchain-based games will be the future of the video game industry and most importantly will be of crucial importance to spread the knowledge of blockchains in the world.
That's why in the year 2022 my goal will be to focus even more on blockchain-based games and try to play as many of them as possible.
In the year 2021 in my Hive blog I have published a lot of content related to games developed on Hive.
I currently play and have invested in the following games developed on Hive:
The next Hive Game I'm adding to my list will be Haskkings (https://farm.hashkings.app/)
Also on January 6 there will be an airdrop giving out NFTs from a new game to HIVE and HP token holders: Ragnarok (@ragnarok.game).
Ragnarok will be an NFT based P2E strategy game and will most certainly be a game I will play.
I've also invested in games that are still in a development phase on Hive and thus not yet playable but should be playable in 2022:

- PsyberX (Hive account: @psyberx): I bought 300000 LVL tokens

Obviously I will always have a preference for games created and developed on the Hive blockchain but in 2022 I will also look at games developed on other decentralized platforms that seem interesting to me.
Splinterlands is my favorite blockchain-based game and it will always be the game I will devote the most time and space to in my Hive blog but my personal challenge for the year 2022 is to expand my cognitive horizons in the blockchain game landscape, a landscape that is getting wider and wider.
I Tempo Token
Accumulate as many Time Tokens.
As the years have gone by, my appreciation of time and its great importance has increased hand in hand.
Time tokens are tokens that cannot be bought because they are not for sale on exchanges.
They are invisible tokens that cannot be stored in any wallet and that all of us humans have in equal amounts and are distributed to us via a daily airdrop.
A famous saying goes: time is money.
Money is important because without money you cannot be happy and I challenge anyone to prove otherwise.
But time is by far the most precious asset!
Time shouldn't be the way to have more money but money should be the way to have more time.
My dream is to be able to have so many Time tokens:
- to have more time to play and joke around with my daughter.
- to have more time to spend with my parents who are getting older
- to have more time to devote to my affections
- to have more time to spend on activities I like to do like posting content on Hive or evaluating and playing a blockchain-based game
Maybe I won't realize my dream in the year 2022 and maybe not even in the year 2023 but who knows, maybe in the future Hive and the blockchain projects I follow could become the means to have more time to devote to my affections and the activities I like to do...
Collecting Time Tokens is the most important goal I would like to achieve in 2022 and it is above all my life goal...

L'anno 2021 è da poco terminato e l'inizio del nuovo anno è l'occasione per me di pormi dei nuovi obiettivi.
Porsi degli obiettivi è importante perchè è il primo passo per raggiungerli.
Oggi voglio condividere i miei obiettivi finanziari che vorrei raggiungere nell'anno 2022 e gran parte di questi obiettivi riguardano il mio progetto blockchain preferito: Hive.
Hive è stata la mia porta d'ingresso al mondo decentralizzato delle blockchains ed è stato anche il progetto blockchain a cui ho dedicato più tempo nel corso dell'anno 2021.
Esattamente un anno fa il valore di un token HIVE era molto inferiore a quello di oggi: 0.1165$ (2 gennaio 2021)
Oggi 2 gennaio 2022 il valore di un token HIVE è di 1.64$
In un anno il valore di un token HIVE è cresciuto del +1307.73%
Per chi come me ha creduto nel potenziale della blockchain di Hive anche quando valeva molto meno di oggi l'anno 2021 è stato sicuramente un anno positivo e di soddisfazione.
Anche se oggi i token HIVE hanno un valore molto più alto rispetto ad un anno fa io continuo a vedere tanto potenziale nella blockchain di Hive e sopratutto considero il valore attuale ancora sottovalutato (non è un consiglio finanziario).
Per questo motivo i miei principali obiettivi del 2022 riguardano proprio Hive e sono tutti obiettivi di crescita.
Una delle attività che più mi piace fare è pubblicare contenuti sulla blockchain di Hive e interagire con gli altri Hivers.
Ho sempre pubblicato un report mensile sui miei progressi su Hive e oggi sono andato a vedere il valore che aveva il mio Hive wallet a gennaio 2021 (immagine seguente).
Il 4 gennaio 2021 il mio wallet aveva un valore totale (HP+HDB+HIVE) di 11867.616 HIVE = 1336.29$.
Oggi 2 gennaio 2022 nel mio wallet ho:

In un anno la blockchain di Hive mi ha dato tanto ma al di là del guadagno economico che ho ottenuto mi ha dato la possibilità di interagire e di confrontarmi con persone di tutto il mondo e mi ha permesso di ampliare le mie conoscenze leggendo i post degli altri autori.
I miei obiettivi su Hive per il 2022 sono tutti obiettivi di crescita.
Non ho mai fatto un Power Down e anche nel 2022 continuerò a fare Power UP e rinnovo il mio obiettivo principale che non ho raggiunto nel 2021 ma che cercherò con il massimo impegno di raggiungere entro il 31 dicembre 2022: 30000 Hive Power.

Engagement Tokens
L'interazione è importante su Hive e ci sono token che hanno lo scopo di premiare l'interazione.
Mettendo in staking questa tipologia di token è possibile inviare un certo quantitativo di token tramite l'utilizzo di uno specifico comando inserito in un commento.
I miei obbiettivi per l'anno 2022 relativi agli Engagement token sono i seguenti:

Nel corso del 2022 venderò i token BEER eccedenti i 480 token totali per raggiungere i miei obiettivi relativi agli altri engagement token.
Blockchain Games
Sono convinto che i giochi basati su blockchain saranno il futuro del settore dei videogiochi e soprattutto saranno di fondamentale importanza per diffondere la conoscenza delle blockchains nel mondo.
Per questo motivo nell'anno 2022 il mio obiettivo sarà di focalizzarmi ancora di più sui giochi basati su blockchain e cercherò di provarne il maggior numero.
Nel 2021 nel mio Hive blog ho pubblicato tanti contenuti relativi ai giochi sviluppati su Hive.
Attualmente gioco e ho investito nei seguenti giochi sviluppati su Hive:

Inoltre il 6 gennaio ci sarà un airdrop che distribuirà gli NFT di un nuovo gioco ai possessori di token HIVE e HP: Ragnarok (@ragnarok.game).
Ragnarok sarà un NFT based P2E strategy game e sarà sicuramente un gioco a cui giocherò.
Ho anche investito in giochi che sono ancora in una fase di sviluppo su Hive e che quindi non sono ancora giocabili ma che nel 2022 dovrebbero essere giocabili:

Ovviamente avrò sempre una preferenza per i giochi creati e sviluppati sulla blockchain di Hive ma guarderò anche ai giochi sviluppati su altre piattaforme decentralizzate che mi sembreranno interessanti.
Splinterlands è il mio gioco basato su blockchain preferito e sarà sempre il gioco a cui dedicherò più tempo e più spazio nel mio Hive blog ma la mia personale sfida per l'anno 2022 è di ampliare i miei orizzonti conoscitivi nel panorama dei giochi blockchain, panorama che sta diventando sempre più ampio.
I Tempo Token
Accumulare tanti Tempo Token.
Con il passare degli anni è aumentata di pari passo la mia considerazione del tempo e della sua grande importanza.
I Tempo token sono dei token che non possono essere comprati perchè non sono in vendita sugli exchange.
Sono token invisibili che non possono essere conservati in nessun wallet e che tutti noi umani abbiamo in uguale quantità e ci vengono distribuiti tramite un airdrop giornaliero.
Un famoso detto dice: il tempo è denaro.
Il denaro è importante perchè senza denaro non si può essere felici e sfido chiunque a dimostrare il contrario.
Ma il tempo è in assoluto il bene più prezioso!
Il tempo non dovrebbe essere il mezzo per avere più denaro ma è il denaro che dovrebbe essere il mezzo per avere più tempo.
Il mio sogno è di poter avere tanti Tempo token:
- per avere più tempo per giocare e scherzare con mia figlia
- per avere più tempo da passare con i miei genitori che stanno diventando anziani
- per avere più tempo da dedicare ai miei affetti
- per avere più tempo da dedicare alle attività che mi piace fare come pubblicare contenuti su Hive o valutare e giocare ad un gioco basato su blockchain
Forse non realizzarò il mio sogno nell'anno 2022 e forse neanche nell'anno 2023 ma chissà, forse in futuro Hive e i progetti blockchain che seguo potrebberò diventare il mezzo per avere più tempo da dedicare ai miei affetti e alle attività che mi piace fare.
Collezionare i Tempo Token è l'obbiettivo più importante che vorrei raggiungere nel 2022 ed è soprattutto il mio obbiettivo di vita...
