My 2024 Hive Recap + My 2025 Hive Goals! + My Partecipation in January HPUD!
Today is January 1, 2024 and a new year has begun.
The beginning of a new year is the perfect time for me to do a review of the past year and to set new goals and resolutions for the year that has just begun.
In this post I share my 2024 Hive recap and my Hive Goals for the year 2025.
I discovered Hive in March 2019 and it was almost “love at first sight” because from the first days I was positively impressed by the atmosphere of collaboration and positivity I found on Hive compared to the more popular social platforms where it is often the hateful outpourings and unconstructive criticism that receive the most likes and the most views...
From 2019 to now on Hive I have always had one main goal: increase my Hive Power (HP).
HP measures an account's influence on Hive and I want to have more and more influence on Hive because Hive is my favorite blockchain platform.
My 2024 Hive Recap
On January 1, 2024, I had set two annual goals that I would like to achieve before the end of the year 2024:
- Primary goal: 75K Hive Power (HP)
- Secondary goal: 12K LEO Power (LP)
I reached and exceeded my secondary goal during the first days of December.
Regarding my main goal on January 1, 2024 I had 50003 HP.
Today January 1, 2024 I have 74918 HP.
I did not reach my main annual goal but I came very close because I am only 82 HP away from getting to 75K HP.
Throughout 2024, I have been tracking my increases in Hive Power on a monthly basis to self-motivate myself and have published a post at the beginning of each month to share my progress and Hive-related considerations.
Although I did not reach my annual goal I am still very pleased with the progress I made on Hive during 2024 and I am very happy to have acquired Orca status during the month of July.

I have downloaded the Hive Recap 2024 card that you can see in the next image.
It will be useful and interesting to compare the data on my 2024 Hive Recap card with the data that will be on the 2025 Hive Recap card.
My goals on Hive for the year 2025
Setting a goal is the first step to achieving it!
My main annual goal on Hive for the year 2025 will be to increase my Hive Power even more but I have also set many other goals that I would like to achieve.
Today I created a new table to track my HP progress during 2025 and my next annual goal will be to try to reach an amount of 100K HP by December 31, 2024.
To reach my annual goal I will need to accumulate 25081.26 HP during 2025 and I will need to accumulate at least 2090.11 HP per month on average.
During 2025 I would also like to complete other goals:
- Publish at least 300 posts (in 2024 I published 281 posts).
- Maintain a Comments/Posts ratio > 20 = Write at least 20 comments for each of my posts
In 2024, my Comments/Posts ratio was 22.37
- Trying to enter the top 200 of Hivers with the most HP.
Today I am in the 248 place.
- Maintain my non-delegate Hive Power always above 75% of my total HP
- Support at least 80 different authors on a weekly basis
- Participate in all Hive Power Up Days in 2025.
I haven't missed a HPUD since August 2022.

My goals on Hive for 2025 will be difficult goals to achieve because my work commitments will consume most of my free time but at the same time it will be challenging and fun to try to achieve my Hive goals because posting, interacting on Hive, and playing Hive-based Games are activities that I enjoy doing so much!

Il mio Hive Recap per l'anno 2024 + I miei obiettivi su Hive per il 2025 + la mia partecipazione nel HPUD di gennaio
Oggi è il 1 gennaio 2024 e un nuovo anno è iniziato.
L'inizo di un nuovo anno è il momento perfetto per me per fare un bilancio dell'anno passato e per fissare nuovi obiettivi e buoni propositi per l'anno appena iniziato.
In questo post condivido il mio 2024 Hive recap e i miei Hive Goals per l'anno 2025.
Ho scoperto Hive nel marzo 2019 ed è stato quasi "amore a prima vista" perchè fin dai primi giorni sono rimasto positivamente impressionato dall'atmosfera di collaborazione e di positività che ho trovato su Hive rispetto alle più famose piattaforme social dove spesso sono le manifestaziondi di odio e le critiche non costruttive ad ottenere più likes e più visualizzazioni...
Dal 2019 ad oggi su Hive ho avuto sempre un obiettivo principale: aumentare il mio Hive Power (HP).
L'HP misura l'influenza di un account su Hive e io voglio avere sempre più influenza su Hive perchè Hive è la mia piattaforma blockchain preferita.
Il mio 2024 Hive Recap
Il primo gennaio 2024 avevo fissato due obiettivi annuali che mi sarebbe piaciuto raggiungere prima della fine dell'anno 2024:
- Obiettivo principale: 75K Hive Power (HP)
- Obiettivo secondario: 12K LEO Power (LP)
Ho raggiunto e superato il mio obiettivo secondario durante i primi mesi di dicembre.
Per quanto riguarda il mio obiettivo principale il 1 gennaio 2024 avevo 50003 HP.
Oggi 1 gennaio 2024 ho 74918 HP.
Non ho raggiunto il mio obiettivo annuale principale ma mi sono avvicinato molto perchè mi mancano solo 82 HP per arrivare a 75K HP.
Per tutto il 2024 ho monitorato i miei incrementi in Hive Power su base mensile per automotivarmi e ho pubblicato un post ad ogni inizio mese per condividere i miei progressi e le mie considerazioni relative ad Hive.
Anche se non ho raggiunto il mio obiettivo annuale sono comunque molto soddisfatto dei progressi che ho fatto su Hive durante il 2024 e sono molto contento di aver acquisito lo status di Orca durante il mese di luglio.

Ho fatto il download della Hive Recap 2024 card che puoi vedere nella prossima immagine.
Sarà utile e interessante confrontare i dati della mia 2024 Hive Recap card con i dati che saranno presenti nella Hive Recap Card del 2025.
I miei obiettivi su Hive per l'anno 2025
Fissare un obiettivo è il primo passo per raggiungerlo!
Il mio obiettivo annuale principale su Hive per l'anno 2024 sarà di aumentare il mio Hive Power ancora di più ma ho fissato anche tanti altri obiettivi che mi piacerebbe raggiungere.
Oggi ho creato una nuova tabella per monitorare i miei progressi in termini di HP durante il 2025 e il mio prossimo obiettivo annuale sarà di provare a raggiungere un quantitativo di 100K HP entro il 31 dicembre 2024.
Per raggiungere il mio obiettivo annuale dovrò accumulare 25081.26 HP durante il 2025 e dovrò accumulare in media almeno 2090.11 HP al mese.
Durante il 2025 mi piacerebbe completare anche altri obiettivi:
- Pubblicare almeno 300 post (nel 2024 ho pubblicato 281 post)
- Mantenere un rapporto Comments/Posts > 20 = Scrivere almeno 20 commenti per ogni mio post
Nel 2024 il mio rapporto Comments/Posts è stato di 22.37
- Provare ad entrare nella top 200 degli Hivers con più HP
Oggi sono al posto 248.
- Mantenere il mio Hive Power non delegato sempre sopra al 75% del mio HP totale
- Supportare almeno 80 autori diversi su base settimanale
- Partecipare a tutti gli Hive Power Up Days del 2025

I miei obiettivi su Hive per il 2025 saranno obiettivi difficili da raggiungere perchè i miei impegni lavorativi consumeranno la maggior parte del mio tempo libero ma allo stesso tempo sarà stimolante e divertente provare a raggiungere i miei Hive goals perchè pubblicare, interagire su Hive e giocare agli Hive Games sono attività che mi piace tanto fare!
Ringrazio tutti gli hivers che mi hanno supportato nel 2024 e auguro buon anno a tutta la bellissima e meravigliosa comunità di Hive!
