Hello hivers,
almost two months have passed since I joined the game Rising Star.
Rising Star is a game that I liked immediately and it is a game that requires very little effort and time per day.
The game is in an initial development phase: the Alpha version.
For this reason some features are planned but not yet developed.
From Alpha to Beta
The game will leave the Alpha version and enter the Beta version on 1 November 2020.
There are several new features already inserted or that will be inserted in the game in the next days and for this reason I decided to write a post dedicated to the changes we will see in the near future.

If this is the first time you've heard about Rising Star I'll tell you in brief what it is.
What's Rising Star?
Rising Star is a fun and easy to play game.
The goal of the game is to create a music band and become a music star.
Rising Star is a game that I have classified as "No Risk" because it does not require any type of initial investment!
Requirements: You must have a Hive account
Login mode: Hive Keychain only.
After this brief introduction I'll move on to the main topic of this post.
Ego and the Missions
Ego is a particular element of the game that reduces the maximum number of STARBITS you can earn from each mission.
The Ego before the last update
Before the last and recent update the Ego only entered the game when a player reached a number of 1000 Fans.
I, for example, who have 710 Fans, did not have to worry at all about ego.
L'Ego after the last update
After the last update the Ego affects a larger number of players and also depends on the number of missions completed by each player.
When does the ego come into play?
The ego comes into play and produces effects when:
- you reach a number of Fans equal to 1000.
or - reach a game level equal or higher than 15 (this is the first change).
How do you determine the value of the Ego?
The value of the ego is given by the sum of the following values:
- the number of Fans
- Ego increase indicator of completed missions (this is the second new feature)
Note that each completed mission increases the value of the ego permanently and not temporarily.
The other novelty is that the value of the Ego for each mission will increase exponentially in a single day.
This value will be reset at the beginning of each day.
How to reduce or cancel the negative effects of the Ego?
To reduce the negative effects of ego, you need to balance the Ego points with the skill points.
How do you get Skill points?
Skill points can be obtained in two ways:
- By completing the Music Lessons.
- 2. Buying cards that have more Skill points than the number of Fans
For example some cards that allow you to increase the Skill points are the ones shown in the following image.
The main way to increase your Skill points is to complete a music lesson.
How to display the Ego points ?
To view your Ego points, simply place the mouse pointer on the bar shown in the image below.
The following screen will be displayed with all the information and details about the Ego score.
The legendary and epic cards
The probability of finding legendary and epic cards has been reduced.
Final Considerations
These changes aim to make Rising Star a sustainable game in the long run.
For example the modification of the Ego, as highlighted in this post of @risingstargame, was necessary because some players were able to produce 100000 STARBITS per day by performing the "Illegal Busking" mission several times, initial mission lasting 5 minutes.
Rising Star is a game that I like very much and if these modifications have the purpose to make the game sustainable in the long run I accept them gladly.
Rising Star is a game that I recommend to everyone!
Especially to new Hive users who can, without investing anything, increase their HP, playing and having fun.

Rising Star: da ALPHA a BETA, Aggiornamenti e Considerazioni
Ciao amici,
sono trascorsi quasi due mesi da quando mi sono iscritto al gioco Rising Star.
Rising Star è' un gioco che mi è piaciuto da subito ed è un gioco che richiede pochissimo impegno e tempo al giorno.
Il gioco è in una fase di sviluppo iniziale: la versione Alpha.
Per questo motivo alcune funzionalità sono previste ma non ancora sviluppate.
Da Alpha a Beta
Il gioco lascerà la versione Alpha ed entrerà nella versione Beta il 1 novembre 2020.
Sono diverse le novità già inserite o che saranno inserite nel gioco nei prossimi giorni e per questo motivo ho deciso di scrivere un post dedicato alle modifiche che vedremo nel prossimo futuro.

Breve Introduzione su Rising Star
Se è la prima volta che senti parlare di Rising Star ti spiego in breve cos'è.
Cos'è Rising Star?
Rising Star è un gioco divertente e semplice da giocare.
Lo scopo del gioco è quello di creare una band musicale e diventare una star della musica.
Rising Star è un gioco che io ho classificato come "Senza Rischio" perchè non richiede alcun tipo di investimento iniziale!
Requisiti: Devi avere un account Hive
Modalità di Login: solo Hive Keychain.

Dopo questa piccola introduzione passiamo all'argomento principale di questo post.
L'ego e Le Missioni
L'ego è un elemento particolare del gioco che riduce il numero massimo di STARBITS che tu puoi guadagnare da ogni missione.
L'Ego prima dell'ultimo aggiornamento
Prima dell'ultimo e recente aggiornamento l'Ego entrava nel gioco solo nel momento in cui si raggiungeva un numero di 1000 Fans.
Io che, ad esempio, ho 710 Fans non mi dovevo minimamente preoccupare dell'ego.
L'Ego dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento
Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento l'Ego riguarderà un numero maggiore di giocatori e dipenderà anche dal numero di missioni completate da ogni giocatore.
Quando entra in gioco l'ego?
L'ego entra in gioco e produce effetti quando:
- raggiungi un numero di Fans uguale a 1000.
oppure - raggiungi un livello di gioco uguale o superiore a 15 (questa è la prima novità).
Come si determina il valore dell'Ego?
Il valore dell'ego è dato dalla somma dei seguenti valori:
- il numero dei Fans
- indicatore incremento ego delle missioni completate (questa è la seconda novità)
Nota che ogni missione completata produce un incremento del valore dell'ego permanente e non temporanea.
L'altra novità è che il valore dell'Ego per ogni missione aumenterà in modo esponenziale in un singolo giorno.
Tale valore sarà resettato all'inizio di ogni giorno.
Come ridurre o annullare gli effetti negativi dell'Ego?
Per ridurre gli effetti negativi dell'ego è necessario bilanciare i punti Ego con i punti Skill.
Come si ottengono i punti Skill?
I punti Skill si possono ottenere in due modi:
- 1. Completando le Music Lessons
- 2. Comprando carte che hanno un numero di punti Skill superiore al numero di Fans
Ad esempio alcune carte che permettono di incrementare i punti Skill sono quelle indicate nell'immagine seguente.
Il modo principale per incrementare i punti Skill è completare una music lesson.
Come visualizzare il punteggio dell'Ego?
Per visualizzare il tuo puntenggio di Ego bisogna semplicemente posizionare il puntatore del mouse sulla barra indicata nell'immagine seguente.
Verrà visualizzata la seguente schermata con tutte le informazioni e i dettagli sul punteggio dell'Ego.
Le carte leggendarie e epiche
La probabilità di trovare carte leggendarie e epiche è stata ridotta.
Considerazioni Finali
Queste modifiche hanno l'obbiettivo di rendere Rising Star un gioco sostenibile nel lungo periodo.
Ad esempio la modifica dell'Ego, come evidenziato in questo post di @risingstargame, si è resa necessaria perchè alcuni giocatori erano in grado di produrre 100000 STARBITS al giorno eseguendo più volte la missione "Illegal Busking", missione iniziale della durata di 5 minuti.
Rising Star è un gioco che mi piace molto e poichè queste modifiche hanno la finalità di rendere il gioco sostenibile nel lungo periodo le accetto volentieri.
