Well it has been exactly 12 months since my first introduction post on Hive, and since then the word Growth has become more and more frequent in my language.
I do not want to engage in unnecessary sentimentality, but this community, reflects what I try to do in my everyday life.
Grow for oneself, grow for others.
To grow means to change, and so if we change ourselves, we become better people, the world around us also becomes better.
Much better!
Although blockchain is a human artifice for recording data, the way it works, the methodology of recording allows human beings to fully understand the concept of democraticity.
Which should not be confused with demagoguery.
Everyone competes to find a solution to a problem and only those who are honest and fair can arrive at the solution; but the best is yet to come: the one who is the best can propose the solution and the others confirm it.
This "life-style" I rediscovered in this Hive ecosystem: if you appreciate people's content, and interact, allowing you to find out who is behind any nickname, you can increase your importance as a content curator.
The ultimate expression of Meritocracy.

With this post began my journey on Hive completely unaware of all the potential of the ecosystem hidden anywhere, ready to be discovered and utilized.
With my team we started publishing posts, first checking what the time distance between posts could be so that the next one would not "overshadow" the previous one.
Given the very active community, we decided to post every day, and after a few months of delving into the ecosystem we came up with the PUD Power Up Day: a very important badge to be achieved every first day of the month.
In direct correlation to the PUD, we discovered the PUM and the benefits it can bring especially regarding curations, through HPs that are lent as delegations.
PUM is a "tough nut" to crack; in fact, our first PUM was in May and we managed to win it back in September and October.
But these are numerical goals that can be achieved comfortably (not always) by optimizing forces. For this I have my team to thank because they are always punctual and rigorous.
Personal achievements
As I said, the beauty of this ecosystem is personal growth. In fact, I got to know people who have the same interests as me, for potential planning or even just information exchange. In this regard I would like to thank @stefano.massari and @libertycrypto27 of the Olio di Balena community for their support and advice, but also @pele23 and @zealous4ever for fruitful comments, @arcange for always being available to unravel my doubts and questions, the @Leofinance community that hosted most of my posts.
I say this because the good fortune of knowing @ganjafarmer, gave me the opportunity to decide to found a community within this ecosystem where free thought can find skies to soar.
I am talking about The Rabbit Hole, a community where anyone who wants can write about topics to get different points of view and have a three-dimensional view of the subject.
THE RABBIT HOLE
Any topic.
From finance to cannabis, all, however, with a calm tone and above all the desire to confront other people who see it diametrically opposite.
It's an entropic issue: only diversity creates movement; different ideas drive humans to new discoveries.
Also in the evolutionary sphere of writing, we have created several columns, the first, Token Review, talks about a different token every Sunday.
The structure of the article is simple: we have two parts. One introductory and one in-depth.
Given the results of this column I can safely say that you have enjoyed it.
Next we have Conversation Street, where I give brief opinions on some of the week's news.
Then my favorite: Surfing The Market.
In Surfing The Market I illustrate the Bitcoin market with the possible evolutions that can take place also by analyzing the surrounding financial world.
Let's go back to the discoveries I made about the ecosystem.
Ecency, have you ever heard of it?
Well I didn't know this platform, I stumbled upon it by accident and haven't left it since.
With all the possibilities it offers I think it is, at the moment the most complete and accessible; the most important aspect is promotions and boosting one's posts.
Promotions offer the possibility to "actualize" a publication through the placement of that content in a virtual "showcase."
Boosts consist of a request for curation of one's post in return for the payment of an amount of Ecency points.
Note a very important aspect of this Boost action: in case the curation does not take place within a time limit set on the platform, the points committed to the Boost, are refunded.
Another discovery is the LeoFinance ecosystem, which orbits around Hive. This was one of the last ones and so it is still in the due diligence phase: with the team we are waiting to get the right amount of tokens so we can get the first Leo PUD!

Ebbene sono passati esattamente 12 mesi dal mio primo post di presentazione su Hive, e da allora la parola Crescita è diventata sempre più frequente nel mio linguaggio.
Non voglio fare sentimentalismi inutili, ma la community che sto cercando di creare, rispecchia ciò che nella vita di tutti i giorni cerco di fare.
Crescere per sé stessi, crescere per gli altri.
Crescere significa cambiare. Ma è la propria crescita la miglior ispirazione per far crescere anche le persone che ci circondano.
Nonostante la blockchain sia un artificio umano per la registrazione di dati, il suo funzionamento, la metodologia di registrazione permette agli esseri umani di capire appieno il concetto di democrazia.
Che non deve essere confuso con la demagogia.
Tutti concorrono per trovare una soluzione ad un problema e solo quelli che sono onesti e corretti possono arrivare alla soluzione; ma il bello deve ancora venire: colui che è il migliore può proporre la soluzione e gli altri la confermano.
Questo “life-style” l’ho riscoperto in questo ecosistema di Hive: se apprezzi i contenuti delle persone, e interagisci, permettendo di scoprire chi si cela dietro ad un nickname qualsiasi, puoi aumentare la tua importanza come curatore di contenuti.
La massima espressione di Meritocrazia.

Con questo post è iniziato il mio viaggio su Hive completamente all’oscuro di tutte le potenzialità dell’ecosistema nascoste in qualsiasi posto, pronte per essere scoperte e utilizzate.
Con il mio team abbiamo iniziato a pubblicare post, per prima cosa cercando di capire come far arrivare i nostri contenuti al maggior numero di persone, diffondendo conoscenza, consapevolezza e anche trasmettendo esperienza!
Vista la community molto attiva, abbiamo deciso di iniziare e sfidare noi stessi, pubblicando tutti i giorni, e dopo alcuni mesi di approfondimenti dell’ecosistema siamo giunti a conoscenza del PUD Power Up Day: un importantissimo badge da conseguire ogni primo giorno del mese.
Il nostro primo PUD
In diretta correlazione al PUD, abbiamo scoperto il PUM e i vantaggi che può portare soprattutto in merito alle curation, attraverso degli HP che vengono prestati come delegation.
Il PUM è un “osso duro” da conquistare; infatti, il nostro primo PUM è stato a Maggio e siamo riusciti a riconquistarlo a settembre e ottobre.
Ma questi sono obiettivi numerici che si possono raggiungere comodamente (non sempre) ottimizzando le forze. Di questo devo ringraziare il mio team perché ha dimostrato tenacia in questi frangenti.
Conquiste personali
Come ho detto, il bello di questo ecosistema è la crescita personale. Infatti, ho avuto modo di conoscere persone che hanno i miei stessi interessi, per potenziale progettualità o anche solo scambio di informazioni. A tal proposito ringrazio @stefano.massari e @libertycrypto27 della community Olio di Balena per il sostegno e i consigli, ma anche @pele23 e @zealous4ever per i proficui commenti, @arcange per essere sempre disponibile a dipanare miei dubbi e domande, la community @Leofinance che ha ospitato la gran parte dei miei post.
Dico questo perché la fortuna di conoscere @ganjafarmer, mi ha dato la possibilità di decidere di fondare una community all’interno di questo ecosistema dove il libero pensiero può trovare cieli dove librarsi.
Sto parlando della The Rabbit Hole, una community che abbiamo pensato per diffondere una conoscenza alternativa, spesso censurata o omessa.
THE RABBIT HOLE
Si possono già trovare degli articoli, ma stiamo ancora cercando di capire come svilupparla al meglio e se avrete consigli per noi, saremo lieti di apprendere.
Dalla finanza alla canapa indiana, il tutto, però, con tono pacato e soprattutto la voglia di confrontarsi con altre persone che la vedono in maniera diametralmente opposta.
E’ una questione entropica: solo la diversità crea movimento; idee diverse spingono l’uomo a nuove scoperte.
Sempre in ambito evolutivo di scrittura, abbiamo creato varie rubriche, la prima, Token Review, parla ogni domenica di un token diverso.
La struttura dell’articolo è semplice: abbiamo due parti. Una introduttiva e una di approfondimento.
Visti i risultati di questa rubrica posso tranquillamente affermare che vi sia piaciuta.
A seguire abbiamo Conversation Street, dove dò brevi opinioni su alcune notizie della settimana.
Poi la mia preferita: Surfing The Market.
In Surfing The Market illustro il mercato di Bitcoin con le possibili evoluzioni che possono intervenire anche analizzando il mondo finanziario circostante.
Torniamo alle scoperte che ho fatto dell’ecosistema.
Ecency, ne avete mai sentito parlare?
Ebbene questa piattaforma non la conoscevo, ci sono capitato per caso e da allora non l’ho più abbandonata.
Con tutte le possibilità che offre credo che sia, al momento la più completa e accessibile; l’aspetto più importante sono le promozioni e il Boost dei propri post.
Le promozioni offrono la possibilità di “attualizzare” una pubblicazione mediante il collocamento di quel contenuto in una “vetrina” virtuale.
Il Boost consiste nella richiesta di una curation del proprio post a fronte del versamento di una quantità di punti Ecency.
Da notare un aspetto molto importante di questa azione di Boost: nel caso la curation non avvenga entro un tempo limite stabilito sulla piattaforma, i punti impegnati per il Boost, vengono rimborsati.
Altra scoperta è l’ecosistema di LeoFinance, che orbita attorno ad Hive. Questo è stato uno degli ultimi e quindi è ancora in fase di due diligence: con il team stiamo aspettando di avere la quantità giusta di token per poter ottenere il primo PUD Leo!

Delegation and Witnesses
Here we talk about blockchain and its sustenance.
Delegations are very important for the curation of posts that are published by all Hive users: the curation weight depends on the amount of tokens that have been assigned to that curator.
Witnesses, on the other hand, are the fundamental and main part for the sustenance of the Hive blockchain.
By giving a certain number of tokens as a proxy, the total amount allows the chosen Witnesses to be able to participate in the validation of blocks on the Blockchain.
Numbers
As in all reporting there is also the numerical part to make growth within a group objective.
Well let's start with the first one (all data extrapolated from HiveBuzz, my faithful squire!).
Si, avete letto bene ho risposto in maniera formale ad un BOT 🤣 … eh, ma mica sapevo che potesse esserlo!
Dopo che mi sono accorto che era un BOT, è diventato uno strumento fondamentale per tenere monitorato il PUM e tutte le informazioni numeriche e di statistica del nostro profilo.

Delegation e Witnesses
Qui si parla della blockchain e del suo sostentamento.
Le delegation sono importantissime per la curation dei post che vengono pubblicati da tutti gli utenti di Hive: il peso della curation dipende dalla quantità di token che sono stati assegnati a quel curator.
I Witnesses, sono invece la parte fondamentale e principale per il sostentamento della blockchain di Hive.
Dando in delega un certo numero di token la somma totale permette all Witnesses scelto di poter partecipare alla validazione dei blocchi della Blockchain.
Numeri
Come in tutti i resoconti esiste anche la parte numerica per rendere oggettiva la crescita all’interno di un gruppo.
Bene iniziamo con la prima (tutti i dati estrapolati da HiveBuzz, mio fedele scudiero!)
