Un saluto a tutti,
oggi volevo scrivere un pò diverso da quelli degli ultimi giorni, in cui parlavo di Hive in maniera entusiastica.
Attenzione, non sto dicendo che ho perso l'entusiasmo, tutt'altro! Semplicemente credo che sia corretto restare con i piedi per terra ed analizzare la situazione in maniera un pò più critica.
Nel post di ieri How do you feel about Hive bull run? [ITA/ENG] avevo espresso tutta la mia soddisfazione per l'andamento di Hive, sia a livello di quotazioni che di sviluppo.
A fine post vi chiedevo quali fossero le vostre sensazioni riguardo questa repentina salita delle quotazioni e qualche commento ha aperto lo spazio al confronto in quanto alcuni utenti avevano espresso alcune perplessità sulla tempistica e sull'entità di questa bull run (nello specifico @itegoarcanadei e @knfitaly).
Ovviamente le loro osservazioni sono lecite, soprattutto alla luce del fatto che i connotati di questa salita assomigliano più a un Pump delle quotazioni puttosto che ad una salita con dei "fondamentali" alle spalle.
Per esprimere il mio pensiero, questa volta critico, vorrei allegarvi il grafico giornaliero di Hive e di Steem.

Scusatemi il giochetto di prima, un errore voluto.. ovviamente! Il perchè è semplice: la prima parte dei due grafici è assolutamente simile!
Cosa sto cercando di dire?
In parole semplici, sto invitando tutti alla prudenza perchè anche Steem partì fortissimo e subì un pump clamoroso che riportò le quotazioni a quelle del suo lancio sul mercato delle criptovalute, salvo poi ridiscendere ai suoi minimi assoluti.
Non sto dicendo che lo stesso capiterà anche ad Hive, ne che la salita sia completa perchè queste cose nessuno le può prevedere.
L'imprevedibilità di cui parlo deriva da diversi fattori da cui Steem era influenzato ma di cui Hive non soffre.
- Prima di tutto il ninja mining che creò la circostanza della concentrazione di una grossa fetta della criptovaluta nelle mani di una sola entità, cioè Steemit Inc e che poi ha portato all'HF di Steem da cui Hive è nato.
- Un altro fattore importante da tenere in considerazione è la distribuzione del token; Steem partì da zero mentre Hive ha già una distribuzione essendo la fotografia di Steem al momento dell'HF fatta eccezione la quota di Steem detenuti da Steemit Inc e i suoi fedelissimi utenti.
- Terzo fattore che non va assolutamente sottovalutato è l'esperienza: i tre anni passati in Steem hanno messo in luce i punti di forza e i grossi limiti della blockchain così come era impostata.
I devs che hanno messo in piedi Hive e tutta la community è ben consapevole di quali siano gli errori da evitare.
Le incognite restano tutte concentrate in tre grossi punti di domanda:
- La salita delle quotazioni di Hive è tutta (o in gran parte) derivante dal giveaway di Huobi (come fatto osservare da @itegoarcanadei)?
- Quando Binance aprirà le contrattazioni di Hive (attualmente ha una bella fetta di hive token in "ostaggio" derivanti dall'airdrop e che sono di proprietà dei suoi clienti) assisteremo a una vendita massiccia?
Questa circostanza è molto dubbia in quanto non è stato così quando Huobi ha aperto le contrattazioni. - Hive subirà la stessa sorte di Steem dimostrando che questa salita altro non è che un Pump pilotato e subendo un durissimo Dump?
Chi sta realmente investendo in hive e da cosa deriva questo forte interesse per Hive.. scoppiato dal nulla (come fa osservare @knfitaly)?
Alcune di queste domande troveranno risposta molto presto in quanto il giveaway di Huobi termina il giorno 28 Aprile, giorno in cui potremo capire se questa circostanza ha influito sull'impennata delle quotazioni e in che misura lo ha fatto.
Dall'altra parte, Binance sta temporeggiando davvero troppo per aprire le contrattazioni su Hive, alcuni dicono per via della stretta amicizia del suo CEO con Justin Sun, più verosimilmente io penso che la motivazione vada ricercata nel fatto che Binance per supportare il soft fork di Justin Sun (in cui rovesciava i witnesses legittimi) ha dovuto mettere in Power Up tutti i suoi steem e quindi il Power Down richiederà 13 settimane per essere completato; ciò significa che la stragrande maggioranza degli Hive ricevuti dall'airdrop è stata sotto forma di Hive Power e che quindi ci vorranno ancora altre 6 o 7 settimane per completare il powerdown di Hive e restituire i token ai suoi clienti.
Riguardo l'interesse per Hive, alla luce di tutta la pubblicità ottenuta sia dall'Hard Fork di Steem (di cui tutti i siti specializzati hanno parlato) che dal listing di grossi exchange (MXC e appunto Huobi), non mi sorprenderebbe che in parte il Pump derivi effettivamente da una crescita di interesse per Hive.
Anche Steem al suo lancio attirò molta attenzione, salvo poi fossilizzarsi per anni in una versione beta mai aggiornata e a pochi altre implementazioni.
Quindi penso stia anche a noi collaborare a rendere questa blockchain appetibile per evitare dump delle quotazioni, per quanto possibile in base alle proprie competenze specifiche.
Quindi vorrei invitarvi alla calma perchè, se è vero che la situazione di Hive è davvero entusiasmante ed è bello vedere il Token salire alle stelle, è altrettanto vero che tutte queste incognite invitano alla riflessione e alla ponderatezza nel prendere qualsiasi decisione.

today I wanted to write a little different from those of the last few days, in which I spoke enthusiastically about Hive.
Attention, I'm not saying that I have lost enthusiasm, far from it! I simply believe it is correct to keep your feet on the ground and analyze the situation in a slightly more critical way.
In yesterday's post How do you feel about Hive bull run? [ITA/ENG] I had expressed all my satisfaction for the performance of Hive, both in terms of prices and development.
At the end of the post I asked you what your feelings were regarding this sudden rise in prices and some comments opened the space for discussion as some users had expressed some doubts about the timing and extent of this bull run (specifically @itegoarcanadei and @knfitaly).
Obviously their observations are legitimate, especially in light of the fact that the characteristics of this climb look more like a Pump of the quotations rather than a climb with "fundamentals" behind them.
To express my thoughts, this time critical, I would like to attach the daily chart of Hive and Steem.

What am I trying to say?
In simple words, I am inviting everyone to caution because even Steem started very fast and suffered a sensational pump that brought the prices back to those of his launch on the cryptocurrency market, only to then go down to his absolute minimum.
I'm not saying that the same will happen to Hive, nor that the climb is complete because no one can predict these things.
The unpredictability I'm talking about comes from several factors that Steem was influenced by but that Hive doesn't suffer from.
- First of all the ninja mining that created the circumstance of the concentration of a large slice of the cryptocurrency in the hands of a single entity, namely Steemit Inc and which then led to Steem's HF from which Hive was born .
- Another important factor to consider is the distribution of the token; Steem started from scratch while Hive already has a distribution being Steem's photograph at the time of the HF except for the share of Steem held by Steemit Inc and its loyal users.
- Third factor that should not be underestimated is the experience: the three years spent in Steem have highlighted the strengths and the big limitations of the blockchain as it was set.
The devs who set up Hive and the whole community are well aware of what the mistakes are to avoid.
The unknowns remain all concentrated in three large question marks:
- Is the rise in Hive prices entirely (or largely) deriving from Huobi's giveaway (as pointed out by @itegoarcanadei)?
- When Binance opens the Hive trades (does he currently have a nice slice of "hostage" hive tokens deriving from the airdrop and which are owned by his customers) will we see a massive sale?
This circumstance is very doubtful as it was not so when Huobi opened the negotiations. - Will Hive suffer the same fate as Steem proving that this climb is nothing more than a pump driven and suffering a very hard Dump?
Who is really investing in hive and where does this strong interest in Hive come from? Burst out of nowhere (as @knfitaly points out)?
Some of these questions will be answered very soon as Huobi's giveaway ends on April 28, the day when we will be able to understand if this circumstance has influenced the surge in prices and to what extent it has done so.
On the other hand, Binance is delaying too much to open negotiations on Hive, some say because of its CEO's close friendship with Justin Sun, more likely I think that the motivation should be sought in the fact that Binance to support the soft fork of Justin Sun (in which he overturned the legitimate witnesses) had to put all his steems in Power Up and therefore the Power Down will take 13 weeks to complete; this means that the vast majority of the Hives received by the airdrop were in the form of Hive Power and therefore it will still take another 6 or 7 weeks to complete the Hive powerdown and return the tokens to its customers.
Regarding the interest in Hive, in light of all the advertising obtained both from Steem's Hard Fork (of which all the specialized sites have spoken) and from the listing of large exchanges (MXC and precisely Huobi), it would not surprise me that in part the Pump actually stems from a growth in interest in Hive.
Even Steem at its launch attracted a lot of attention, but then fossilized for years in a beta version never updated and a few other implementations.
So I think it is also up to us to collaborate in making this blockchain palatable to avoid dump the prices, as far as possible based on your specific skills.
So I would like to invite you to calm because, if it is true that Hive's situation is truly exciting and it is nice to see the Token skyrocket, it is equally true that all these unknowns invite reflection and thoughtfulness in making any decision.
