That's what we've encountered here at Hive.
It's only thanks to the help of some friends, Hive users, that we managed to set up our little project.

And thanks to the support of just as many friends, who give us the stimulus and energy to carry on every day, we continue tirelessly in this little project of ours.

Hoping to see each other again in a few years all whales.

In about 6 months of work, thanks to Hive, we managed to build up a not bad little nest egg: more than 250 HP, a pool of more than 3,000 Hives, more than 100 Hives of distributed rewards (between Hives and initial tokens), more than 30 holders of our NFTs, more than 160 NFTs sold, numbers constantly growing... as well as the rewards.

We strongly believe in Hive and this is also why we are here with you, despite the fact that the most prosperous markets for a project like ours are others.

But let's go back to our usual roundup of numbers.

NFTs SOLD

To date, 166 NFTs have been sold (8 more than last week) for a total of 962,100 Hives

We remind you that all the NFTs given away with giveaways and contests are also considered in the count because even those increase the pool and are part of it to all intents and purposes.

As usual, if we go to remove 10% of the @nftshowroom fees, we get 962,100 Hives all finished in our beloved pool.
55,800 more Hives than last week.

EARNINGS FROM POSTS

So this week we had a $15,788 increase to the pool from post earnings.

THE POOL

To get the value of the pool, we must first convert the earnings from posts in Hive and then add them to those deriving from sales.

The value that will come out of it will be probable even if it will not be exact due to market fluctuations and exchange rate approximations.

$315.371 is equivalent at the time of this writing to approximately 688.464 Hives.

The pool that is created, therefore amounts to

962.100 + 688.464 + 1,525.000 = 3,175.564 Hives

WEEKLY REWARD

This is instead the percentage distribution of the pool and today's rewards.

Today we will be distributing 5,494 weekly HIVE divided as you see in the table above.

If we want to calculate an annual return value, we just need to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, i.e. 52.
We thus obtain an annual interest of 285,688 Hive.
This means that we are getting a total annual return of around 24.00% on the initial investment made.

WHAT IF YOU WANT TO JOIN TODAY?

The payback rate for each NFT is slightly down this week given good market movement and the rally in Hive.

Let's take a look at the weekly trend of the APR for each type of NFT.

Let's start with the COMMON series of NFTs.
A common NFT today has a return of around 16.16% per annum.
At the beginning of November 2022 it had an APR of 5.80%.

The purchase of a RARE NFT, to date, guarantees you a return of 19.34% per year.
Early November 2022 APR for the Rare version was 6.95%

Having an EPIC NFT in your wallet today generates an annual interest of 25.62%.
At the beginning of November 2022, however, it generated "only" 9.26%.

Finally, a SPECIAL EDITION today lets you take home 28.47% a year.
At the beginning of November 2022 it yielded 10.43%.

This is a small summary of this week's values.

Come già accennato prima, volevamo augurare un buon compleanno ad Hive e a tutti noi e lo facciamo, oltre che con un piccolo PowerUp di 50 Hive

anche condividendo la nostra esperienza su Hive.
Chi ci conosce, anche poco, sa bene cosa significhi Hive per noi.
E' una comunità, è un piccolo ritrovo dove ognuno cerca di crescere con l'aiuto di tutti gli altri utenti.
Ogni singolo post pubblicato porta valore in Hive, perchè in ogni singolo post, ognuno di noi può imparare qualcosa.
Ogni singolo post genera informazioni costruttive per qualcuno.
E dietro ogni singolo post c'è un utente che crede in te e che è pronto ad aiutarti.

Questo è quello che abbiamo riscontrato qui su Hive.
E' solo grazie all'aiuto di alcuni amici, utenti di Hive, che siamo riusciti a mettere in piedi questo nostro piccolo progetto.

E grazie all'appoggio di altrettanti amici, che ci danno lo stimolo e la carica di andare avanti ogni giorno, proseguiamo senza sosta in questo nostro piccolo progetto.

Sperando di rivederci tra qualche anno tutti balene.

In circa 6 mesi di lavoro, grazie ad Hive, siamo riusciti a costruire un piccolo gruzzoletto niente male: più di 250 HP, una pool di più di 3.000 Hive, più di 100 Hive di ricompense distribuite (tra Hive e token iniziali), più di 30 utenti detentori di nostri NFT, più di 160 NFT venduti, numeri in continua crescita...così come le rewards.

Noi crediamo molto in Hive e anche per questo siamo qui con voi, nonostante i mercati più floridi per un progetto come il nostro siano altri.

Ma torniamo ora alla nostra solita carrellata di numeri.

NFT VENDUTI

Ad oggi sono stati venduti 166 NFT (8 in più rispetto alla scorsa settimana) per un totale di 962,100 Hive

Ricordiamo che nel conteggio vengono considerati anche tutti gli NFT regalati con i giveaway e i concorsi perchè anche quelli aumentano la pool e ne fanno parte a tutti gli effetti.

Come al solito, se andiamo a togliere il 10% delle fee di @nftshowroom , otteniamo 962,100 Hive tutti finiti all'interno della nostra amatissima pool.
55,800 Hive in più rispetto alla scorsa settimana.

GUADAGNI DAI POST

Questa settimana abbiamo quindi avuto un incremento di 15,788 $ per la pool derivante dai guadagni dei post.

LA POOL

Per avere il valore della pool, dobbiamo convertire prima i guadagni dai post in Hive e poi sommarli a quelli derivanti dalle vendite.

Il valore che ne uscirà fuori, sarà verosimile anche se non sarà esatto dovuto alle oscillazioni di mercato e alle approssimazioni di cambio.

315,371 $ equivalgono al momento in cui scriviamo a circa 688,464 Hive.

La pool che si viene a creare, ammonta quindi a

962,100 + 688,464 + 1.525,000 = 3.175,564 Hive

REWARD SETTIMANALE

Questa è invece la distribuzione percentuale della pool e le ricompense di oggi.

Oggi distribuiremo 5,494 HIVE settimanali divisi come vedete nella tabella sopra.

Se vogliamo calcolare un valore di ritorno annuo, ci basterà moltiplicare l'interesse distribuito questa settimana per il numero delle settimane che compongono un anno, e cioè 52.
Otteniamo così un interesse annuo di 285,688 Hive.
Il che significa che stiamo avendo un rientro annuale di circa il 24,00% totale sull'investimento iniziale fatto.

E SE VOLESSI ENTRARE OGGI?

Questa settimana la percentuale di rientro per ogni singolo NFT sono leggermente in calo, vista la buona movimentazione del mercato e l'impennata di Hive.

Andiamo a vedere l'andamento settimanale dell'APR per ogni tipologia di NFT.

Iniziamo con le serie COMMON degli NFT.
Un NFT comune ad oggi ha un rientro di circa il 16,16% annuo.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 aveva invece un APR del 5,80%.

L'acquisto di un NFT RARE, ad oggi vi garantisce un rientro del 19,34% annuo.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 APR per la versione Rare era del 6,95%

Avere nel proprio wallet un NFT EPIC ad oggi genera un interesse annuo del 25,62%.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 invece generava "soltanto" il 9,26%.

Infine una SPECIAL EDITION oggi vi fa portare a casa un 28,47% all'anno.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 rendeva il 10,43%.

Questo un piccolo riepilogo dei valori di questa settimana.

(Verranno trattenuti sempre circa 30 SWAP.HIVE per permettere lo svolgimento dei vari giochi.

• A partire dal 23 Gennaio distribuiremo Hive

• Per aumentare i vostri guadagni abbiamo deciso di dare la possibilità a tutti i possessori dei nostri NFT di aumentare un pochino i guadagni dalla pool.
  Grazie ad una delega di HP infatti, sarà possibile aumentare i propri guadagni fino a un 10% in più rispetto al normale in questo modo:
