And here I am, ready like every Monday, for the ECency post; last week I made a big mistake writing the post but forgetting to tag, lol!
In this period I'm sometimes a little destroyed, I admit it.
Today dear @mypathtofire asks us a question which, for me, has an obvious answer: between coffee and tea I obviously choose the former, being my favorite drink.
I guess you understood it from the title of the post which is actually also the title of a song, this one to be exact...
I drink a lot of it and also take it in the form of dessert or ice cream; in the morning I confess that I consume the first one with milk during breakfast because as soon as I wake up, if I don't "stretch" it, it gives me a bit of stomach discomfort eh eh!
Then, in the middle of the morning, together with the snack, I have another one, a good Italian espresso.
As I told you, I consume a lot of it and of all kinds; my favorite, unlike how many might think, is the cold one.
However, I also love espresso made with a bar machine and the classic Italian one made with a moka (I love moka, preparing it is truly a ritual for us Italians).
The best coffee ever, as far as I'm concerned, is exactly what my wife prepares with the mocha.
Of course I love drinking coffee at home but, I confess, I don't mind sipping it in a good café either; in Reggio Calabria my favorite is the Malavenda literary café which you can see here...
There is no precise time when I like to consume this drink also because, during the day, I consume a lot of it and at various hours.
When I was still working in my cafeteria I always served a chocolate along with the coffee, I personally love to accompany it with some good sweets such as a nice coffee cream puff; I also love desserts with coffee and the same goes for ice cream.
I don't think there is a reason for my being a fan of caffeine, I simply love it!
I love my coffee-related rituals because they relax me and allow me to take a tasty break for this very reason I would define them as "indispensable"; during my working afternoons I take at least two coffee breaks.
For me, coffee as well as cappuccino are real passions; I successfully attended two coffee courses, I love tasting all possible types and qualities and I always like to discover new and beautiful places to sip it.
One of the gifts I would like to give myself as soon as finances allow it is a professional coffee machine for the kitchen, the kind with the matching coffee grinder and which can reach a suitable pressure so that you can also make perfect cappuccinos heh heh!
Maybe my passion for coffee is equal only to that for cappuccino.
Of course it must be said that I am a passionate person therefore my passions are many, coffee and cappuccino however occupy a special place, it is undeniable.
Well at this point I can really conclude, also because it's coffee time!😉

Ed eccomi, pronto come ogni lunedì, per il post di Ecency; la settimana scorsa ho commesso un grosso errore scrivendo il post ma dimenticando di mettere i tag, lol!
In questo periodo a volte sono un po' distrutto lo ammetto.
Oggi il caro @mypathtofire ci pone una domanda che, per me, ha una ovvia risposta: tra caffè e tè ovviamente io scelgo il primo, essendo la mia bevanda preferita.
Immagino lo avessi capito dal titolo del post che è in realtà anche il titolo di una canzone, per l'esattezza questa...
Ne bevo tantissimo e lo assume anche sotto forma di dolce o gelato; la mattina Ti confesso che il primo lo consumo insieme al latte durante la colazione perché appena sveglio se non lo "allungo" mi da un po' fastidio allo stomaco eh eh!
A metà mattinata poi, insieme allo spuntino ne prendo un altro, un buon espresso italiano.
Come Ti dicevo ne consumo tanto e di tutti i tipi; il mio preferito, a differenza di come molti possano pensare, è quello freddo.
Adoro però anche l'espresso fatto con la macchina da bar e quello classico italiano fatto con la moka (amo la moka prepararla è davvero un rito per noi italiani).
Il caffè più buono in assoluto, per quel che mi riguarda, è proprio quello che prepara mia moglie con la moka.
Naturalmente amo bere il caffè a casa ma, Ti confesso, che anche sorseggiarlo in una buona caffetteria non mi dispiace; a Reggio Calabria la mia preferita è il caffè letterario Malavenda che puoi vedere qui...
Non esiste un orario preciso in cui mi piace consumare questa bevanda anche perché, durante la giornata, ne consumo parecchio e a svariate ore.
Quando ancora lavoravo nella mia caffetteria insieme al caffè servivo sempre un cioccolatino, io personalmente amo accompagnarlo con qualche buon dolcetto ad esempio un bel bignè al caffè; anche i dolci li adoro al caffè e lo stesso vale per il gelato.
Non credo esista un perché del mio essere fan della caffeina, semplicemente mi piace tantissimo!
I miei rituali legati al caffè li adoro perché mi rilassano e mi permettono di prendermi una pausa gustosa proprio per questo li definirei "irrinunciabili"; durante i miei pomeriggi lavorativi faccio almeno due pause caffè.
Per me il caffè così come il cappuccino sono delle vere e proprie passioni; ho frequentato con profitto due corsi di caffetteria, adoro assaggiare tutti i tipi e le qualità possibili e mi piace scoprire sempre nuovi e bei posti dove sorseggiarlo.
Uno dei regali che vorrei farmi appena le finanze ce lo permetteranno è una macchina professionale da caffè per la cucina, di quelle con il macina-caffè abbinato e che possa raggiungere una pressione adatta in modo da poter fare anche dei cappuccini a regola d'arte eh eh!
Ecco forse la mia passione per il caffè è pari solo a quella per il cappuccino.
Certo c'è da dire che sono una persona appassionata pertanto le mie passioni sono tante, caffè e cappuccino però occupano un posto speciale, è innegabile .
Bene a questo punto posso davvero concludere, anche perché è arrivata l'ora del caffè!😉
