Yesterday while I was writing the post I was reflecting on a topic that is very close to my heart and more precisely on how to find the stimuli to commit. I don't know about you, but there are days when it seems impossible to find the motivation to do anything, especially in these summer periods when the heat makes everything more complicated.
I think there are various tricks and tricks to keep motivation high and now I will try to make a sort of list of those that work for me, maybe it will be useful to you...
I believe that, first of all, the key to finding motivation is to understand what you are truly passionate about. Think about those activities that make you forget about time passing. It can be anything: writing, painting, playing sports, cooking or even walking in nature. When you do what you love, commitment almost comes naturally. So, if you haven't already done so, take some time to explore different activities and discover the one that makes your heart beat.
Of course, it's important to set yourself "goals," so another way to motivate yourself is to set clear, achievable goals. Think about where you want to get to and break the journey into small steps. If, for example, you want to learn a new language, don't immediately think that you have to be fluent in six months. Start with a goal of learning ten new words a day. This approach helps you not feel overwhelmed and celebrate every little success along the way.
Sometimes, lack of motivation is simply a matter of habit. Creating a routine can help you overcome initial laziness. Decide on a specific time of day to dedicate yourself to your activity. Whether it's early in the morning, during your lunch break or in the evening, find the time that works best for you and stick to it. After a while, it will become a habit and it will be easier to get started.
The people you surround yourself with have a big impact on your motivation. It is essential to try to spend time with those who inspire and support you. Don't forget to reward yourself for your successes, however big or small. Every time you reach a goal, give yourself a small reward. Recognizing your progress will motivate you to continue; initially I didn't give myself any gratification when I achieved my goals, but I understood that it is important to do so to always maintain a good level of motivation.
Life is unpredictable and sometimes opportunities come from unexpected directions. Keep an open mind and be ready to take on new challenges, this doesn't just apply to keeping your motivation high but I think it's great advice for life in general.

This will help you rediscover the passion and determination you had at the beginning and will give you the strength to move forward, for me at least it works great.

Ieri mentre scrivevo il post riflettevo su di un tema che mi sta molto a cuore e più precisamente su come trovare gli stimoli per impegnarsi. Non so tu, ma ci sono giorni in cui mi sembra impossibile trovare la motivazione per fare qualsiasi cosa, soprattutto in questi periodi estivi in cui il caldo rende tutto più complicato.
Penso che esistano vari trucchetti ed espedienti per mantenere alta la motivazione e ora proverò a fare una specie di elenco di quelli che per me funzionano, magari potrà tornarti utile...
Credo che, prima di tutto, la chiave per trovare la motivazione è capire cosa Ti appassiona davvero. Pensa a quelle attività che Ti fanno dimenticare il tempo che passa. Può essere qualsiasi cosa: scrivere, dipingere, fare sport, cucinare o anche passeggiare nella natura. Quando fai ciò che ami, l'impegno viene quasi naturale. Quindi, se ancora non l'hai fatto, prenditi del tempo per esplorare diverse attività e scoprire quella che Ti fa battere il cuore.
Naturalmente è importante darsi dei "goal", pertanto un altro modo per stimolarti è stabilire obiettivi chiari e raggiungibili. Pensa a dove vuoi arrivare e suddividi il percorso in piccoli passi. Se, per esempio, vuoi imparare una nuova lingua, non pensare subito di dover essere fluente in sei mesi. Inizia con l'obiettivo di imparare dieci nuove parole al giorno. Questo approccio ti aiuta a non sentirti sopraffatto e a celebrare ogni piccolo successo lungo la strada.
A volte, la mancanza di motivazione è semplicemente una questione di abitudine. Creare una routine può aiutarti a superare la pigrizia iniziale. Decidi un momento specifico della giornata in cui dedicarti alla tua attività. Che sia la mattina presto, durante la pausa pranzo o la sera, trova il momento che funziona meglio per te e rispettalo. Assicurati di dormire a sufficienza, mangiare bene e fare esercizio regolarmente. Dedica del tempo a te stesso per rilassarti e ricaricarti, io lo faccio tutte le volte che posso, eh eh!
Quando ti senti bene avrai più energia per affrontare le tue sfide con entusiasmo.

Anche se qualcosa sembra fuori dalla tua zona di comfort, prova a considerarlo come un'opportunità di crescita. Spesso, le esperienze più stimolanti e gratificanti sono quelle che ci sorprendono.
Quando la motivazione sembra svanire, ricorda perché hai iniziato. Ripensa a cosa ti ha spinto a intraprendere il tuo percorso e quali erano i tuoi sogni iniziali. Questo ti aiuterà a riscoprire la passione e la determinazione che avevi all'inizio e ti darà la forza per andare avanti, per me quantomeno funziona alla grande.
E' importante sapere chi sei e cosa vuoi, quale è la strada che hai deciso di seguire e perché lo hai fatto.
