After this meeting I will have to edit the video I shot before dinner and upload it to YouTube and, to conclude, I have to publish the Actifit report... At that point I will be able to have a very light breakfast, given the "heavy" dinner and a good night's sleep!
And in all of this we always have to understand when Samuele will decide to go to bed because if he falls asleep around midnight I hope to be able to touch the bed at a decent time, but if he doesn't fall asleep it will surely be dawn.
Anyway I will evaluate at the right time, at the moment among other things he is very restless, probably his teeth are bothering him a bit; a little sacrifice (as if he had made few up to now our dear) and then he will be able to eat a nice "paninazzo" with sausage, potatoes and peppers!
Anyway I would say not to beat around the bush and let's get straight to the topic of this post... A topic that, in reality, I developed taking inspiration from some things that I am hearing in this meeting in which I am participating.
We are talking about Basketball and you must know that the games now work in stages because, having national competitions, is unfortunately no longer economically possible.
Naturally, given the geopolitical situation, this is fine; things change and the economy also changes and, as far as my country is concerned, never for the better!
The stage games develop on groups of south, north and center... Obviously there is a bit of dissent.
We fought to unify, to eliminate borders and to unite and then time passes and things go the other way, even at the level of Special Olympics we have gone from national games to games organized between two or three neighboring regions.
This obviously has logistical and economic reasons and you can understand them, it is also true that this situation does not favor comparison, healthy competition between kids, socialization.
At the base of everything there is always the god of money and then a whole series of other situations, trivially just think that in the north there is high speed while in the south to move from Calabria to Puglia we have to make a demanding trip as if we were going to Milan or Turin.
I have always thought that the level of civilization of a society is seen first of all from the basics; if I think for example of Calabria I just think of water, health and cleanliness and immediately I think of the third world, then let's also add unemployment and another half position arriving almost at fourth.
But when we then take into consideration the most advanced regions of our country and analyze the details we realize that they also contribute to this categorization and give that half point that was missing to become fourth world.
Those who read may think that mine is an exaggeration, probably from some points of view it is true and wants to be more of a provocation... It is also true that we live in a country where appearance is important and poverty tends to be subdued, hidden and it is often the poor themselves who do not let it emerge.
To make it clear, I'll give you an example: in Reggio Calabria there are unemployed people who drive around in very expensive cars even if they don't have enough money to even buy gas; once a week they use up their savings to be able to take these vehicles and be seen driving around by others... Because in our country appearance is important.
We're talking about people who, net of the Mercedes, don't pay their bills and sometimes don't even think about the family's primary needs.
Now let's talk honestly, I'm a pacifist, a do-gooder and a conscientious objector... For these people, however, especially when they decide to become parents, I would propose castration.
Not chemical though, I'd be for physical castration and without any type of sedation or anesthesia.
Leaving aside my feelings towards certain categories, let's continue with the reasoning.
If certain divisions still exist today that are accentuated not only by territorial issues but also by economic and structural problems and sometimes cultural ones, we are not much better off than we were at the end of the 90s.
Indeed, sometimes it seems to me that some battles and revolutions supported in the past and never won have been abandoned and that handful of subversives who had conquered something sees today the young generations who have taken their place retreat and leave ground to the detractors of the past.

Terminata questa riunione dovrò montare il video che ho girato prima di cena e caricarlo su YouTube e, per concludere, devo pubblicare il report Actifit... A quel punto potrò concedermi una leggerissima colazione, vista la cena "pesantuccia" e una bella dormita!
E in tutto questo bisogna sempre capire quando Samuele deciderà di andare a nanna perché se si addormenta verso mezzanotte ho la speranza di riuscire a toccare il letto a un orario decente, se però lui non prende sonno sicuramente si farà l'alba.
Comunque valuterò al momento opportuno, al momento tra l'altro è molto irrequieto, probabilmente gli danno un po' fastidio i dentini; un po' di sacrificio (come se ne avesse fatti pochi fino a ora bello nostro) e poi potrà mangiarsi un bel "paninazzo" con salsiccia, patate e peperoni!
Comunque direi di non tergiversare ed entriamo a piedi uniti nell'argomento di questo post... Argomento che, in realtà, ho sviluppato proprio prendendo spunto da alcune cose che sto ascoltando in questa riunione alla quale partecipo.
Si parla di Basket e devi sapere che i giochi ormai funzionano a tappe poiché, fare delle gare nazionali, non è più economicamente possibile purtroppo.
Naturalmente, vista la situazione geopolitica, questo ci sta; le cose cambiano e anche l'economia cambia e, per quel che riguarda il mio paese, mai in meglio!
I giochi a tappe si sviluppano su gironi di sud, nord e centro... Ovviamente c'è un po' di dissenso.
Si è lottato per unificare, per eliminare le frontiere e per unire e poi il tempo passa e le cose vanno al contrario, anche a livello di Special Olympics siamo passati da dei giochi nazionali a dei giochi organizzati tra due o tre regioni vicine.
Questo ovviamente ha delle ragioni logistiche ed economiche e si possono capirle, è anche vero che questa situazione non favorisce il confronto, la sana competizione tra i ragazzi, la socializzazione.
Alla base di tutto c'è sempre il dio denaro e poi tutta una serie di altre situazioni, banalmente basti pensare che al nord c'è l'alta velocità mentre noi al sud per spostarci dalla Calabria alla Puglia dobbiamo fare una trasferta impegnativa come se andassimo a Milano o Torino.
Io ho sempre pensato che il livello di civiltà di una società si vede prima di tutto dalle basi; se penso ad esempio alla Calabria mi basta pensare ad acqua, sanità e pulizia e subito penso al terzo mondo, mettiamoci poi anche la disoccupazione e un'altra mezza posizione arrivando quasi al quarto.
Quando poi però prendiamo in considerazione le regioni del nostro paese più evolute e andiamo ad analizzare i dettagli ci rendiamo conto che anche loro contribuiscono a questa categorizzazione e regalano quel mezzo punto che mancava per diventare quarto mondo.
Chi legge potrà pensare che la mia è un'esagerazione, probabilmente sotto certi punti di vista è vero e vuole essere più che altro una provocazione... È anche vero che viviamo in un paese dove l'apparenza è importante e la povertà tendenzialmente è sommessa, nascosta e sono spesso gli stessi poveri a non farla emergere.
Per capirci faccio un esempio, a Reggio Calabria ci sono persone disoccupate che girano con delle macchine costosissime anche se non hanno i soldi per mettere nemmeno la benzina; una volta a settimana danno fondo ai loro risparmi per poter prendere suddetti mezzi e farsi vedere in giro dagli altri alla guida dei bolidi... Perché da noi l'apparenza è importante.
Parliamo di persone che poi, al netto della mercedes, non pagano le bollette e addirittura a volte non pensano nemmeno ai beni primari della famiglia.
Ora parliamoci in maniera onesta, io sono pacifista, buonista e obiettore... Per queste persone però, soprattutto quando decidono di diventare genitori, proporrei la castrazione.
Non chimica però, io sarei per quella fisica e senza nessun tipo di sedazione o anestesia.
Tralasciando però quelli che sono i miei sentimenti verso determinati categorie proseguiamo nel ragionamento.
Se ancora oggi esistono determinate divisioni che sono accentuate oltre che da discorsi territoriali anche da problemi economici e strutturali e a volte culturali non siamo messi molto meglio di come eravamo messi a fine anni '90.
Anzi, a volte mi sembra che alcune battaglie e rivoluzioni sostenute in passato e mai vinte siano state abbandonate e, quel manipolo di sovversivi che qualcosa l'aveva conquistata vede oggi le giovani generazioni che hanno preso il loro posto arretrare e lasciare terreno ai detrattori del passato.
Siamo nel 2024 e si parla ancora di guerre, confini da chiudere, diritti negati; c'è chi pensa a chi sia l'invasore e chi l'invaso ma alle soglie del 2025 semplicemente saremmo dovuti arrivare al punto che nessuno a diritto sulla terra perché è di tutti e i confini si sarebbero dovuti eliminare... Solo che poi l'ideologia si scontra con i discorsi economici e di potere e le linee di confine aumentano sia sulle cartine geografiche cartacee sia nel mondo reale con muri che devono tenere distanti determinate popolazioni da determinate altre.
Quando comincio a fare questi pensieri arriva il punto in cui... Non so più cosa pensare.
