All fans will have happened to be at least once in their lives forced to give up a concert for which tickets had already been purchased.

What to do in that case?

Unless you have taken out a very expensive insurance with the dealer, for example ticketone, the only alternative you will have or will have had is called secondary ticketing.

For some people this is actual ticketing, by law it would seem not.

A recent ruling has in fact exonerated a Swiss secondary ticketing agency because, according to the judges, this agency would not have done bagarinaggio but simply spread and promoted private messages of people who wanted to resell a ticket they had previously purchased for an event.

A sort of free bulletin board for everyone.

Whose responsibility is it, then?

Whose speculation is it? Whose purchase? Whose sell?

I think everyone has a little responsibility.

We could give up our tickets and not try to sell them and lose money.

The various secondary ticketing sites might stop speculating on people's passion.

It's all ethically possible.
Because at the base, the system is watertight all over the place.

Ticket prices are crazy today.

Until 20 years ago, a concert by an average small singer was almost free. Today it costs from 50 euros and up. Let's not talk about big events.

Faced with this, what have the organizers done?

Not only have they raised ticket prices but they have also invented very high commission prices, 10 euro insurance, press costs, etc.

What would happen if the prices were lower and the possible renunciation of the ticket, within maybe 2-3 days from the event, would culminate with a full refund or at least a large part of the ticket?

People would buy more and with more serenity and those who had to give up due to force majeure would know that they would not lose a penny, remaining within the circuit and legality.

No one would need to resell, to rely on real and virtual bagarini.

Is that so difficult?

A tutti gli appassionati sarà capitato di essere almeno una volta nella vita costretti a rinunciare ad un concerto del quale erano gia stati acquistati i biglietti.

Cosa fare in quel caso?

A meno che non abbiate sottoscritto un'assicurazione molto onerosa con il rivenditore, ad esempio ticketone, l'unica alternativa che avrete o avrete avuto si chiama secondary ticketing.

Per alcuni si tratta di bagarinaggio vero e proprio, per la legge ad oggi parrebbe di no.

Una recente sentenza in via definitiva ha infatti scagionato un'agenzia di secondary ticketing svizzera in quanto, secondo i giudici, tale agenzia non avrebbe fatto bagarinaggio ma avrebbe semplicemente diffuso e promosso dei messaggi privati di persone che volevano rivendere un biglietto che avevano acquistato in precedenza per un evento.

Una sorta di bacheca libera tutti insomma.

Di chi è dunque la responsabilità?

Di chi specula? Di chi acquista? Di chi vende?

Secondo me tutti hanno una piccola responsabilità.

Potremmo rinunciare ai nostri biglietti e non provare a rivenderli perdendoci soldi.

I vari siti di secondary ticketing potrebbero smetterla di speculare sulla passione della gente.

Tutto eticamente migliorabile.
Perchè alla base il sistema fa acqua da tutte le parti.

Oggi i prezzi dei biglietti sono folli.

Fino a 20 anni fa un concerto di un cantante medio piccolo era quasi gratuito. Oggi costa dai 50 euro in su. Non parliamo poi dei grandi eventi.

Di fronte a questo gli organizzatori cosa hanno fatto?

Non solo hanno aumentato i prezzi dei biglietti ma si sono inventati prezzi di commissione altissimi, assicurazioni di 10 euro, costi per la stampa ecc.

Cosa succederebbe se i prezzi fossero più bassi e l'eventuale rinuncia al biglietto, entro magari 2-3 giorni dall'evento, culminerebbe con un rimborso totale o comunque di buona parte del biglietto?

La gente comprerebbe di più e con più serenità e chi dovesse rinunciare per causa di forza maggiore saprebbe che non perderebbe un centesimo, restando all'interno del circuito e della legalità.

Nessuno avrebbe più bisogno di rivendere, di affidarsi a bagarini reali e virtuali.

E' cosi difficile?
