With this post I would like to give a brief instruction about the topic mentioned in the subject

Equations or a system of equations in analytical geometry can describe an algebraic form or a specific geometric element such as a point, a line, a conic, a plane or a surface.
We can say that in analytical geometry every “figure” or “geometric locus” in space can be described with a mathematical expression of coordinates.
Examples:

The expression below represents a plane in space three-dimensional
Analytic geometry uses algebra to describe geometric elements.

Let's try the following exercise on the figure of a sphere.
Which of the following equations represents the sphere with center t(1 -2 6) and radius 5 in space?

First of all we must remember that for a sphere the center is C(x0,y0,z0), the equation in Cartesian form is the following:
From the data in the exercise we know that the center is (1,-2,6) and the radius is 5
At this point we can rewrite the equation by adding the terms note:
Now that we have reported the equation we have the data that will help us recognize which of the four options given previously is correct.
Below I report the equation with the data that interests us highlighted
Now let's report the 4 choices below again and examine them:
The first and second do not have the right value in the term that identifies the radius squared.
The third has the wrong center because as described it would have the following center (−1,2,−6) which is not the one given by the exercise
The fourth is the correct one

The fourth equation at the bottom is the correct one
Conclusions
Analytical geometry uses the tools of algebra and calculus to solve geometric problems.

Con questo post vorrei dare una breve istruzione a riguardo dell’argomento citato in oggetto

Le equazioni o un sistema di equazioni in geometria analitica possono descrivere una forma algebrica oppure un determinato elemento geometrico come il punto, una retta, una conica, un piano o una superficie.
Possiamo dire che in geometria analitica ogni “figura” o “luogo geometrico” nello spazio può essere descritto con un’espressione matematica di coordinate.
Esempi:
L'espressione qui sotto riportata rappresenta una retta
L'espressione qui sotto riportata descrive una circonferenza
L'espressione qui sotto riportata rappresenta un piano nello spazio tridimensionale
La geometria analitica usa l'algebra per descrivere elementi geometrici.
Esercizio
Proviamo a svolgere il seguente esercizio relativo alla figura di una sfera.
Quale delle seguenti equazioni rappresenta la sfera di centro t(1 -2 6) e raggio 5 nello spazio?
andiamo a vedere quale di queste quattro equazioni è quella giusta
Innanzitutto dobbiamo ricordare che per una sfera ci centro C(x0,y0,z0), l'equazione in forma cartesiana è la seguente:
Dai dati dell'esercizio sappiamo che il centro è (1,-2,6) ed il raggio è 5
A questo punto possiamo riscrivere l'equazione aggiungendo i termini noti:
Ora che abbiamo riportato l'equazione abbiamo i dati che ci aiuteranno a riconoscere quale delle quattro opzioni date in precedenza è corretta.
Qui di seguito riporto l'equazione con evidenziato i dati che ci interessano
Riportiamo ora qui sotto di nuovo le 4 scelte ed esaminiamole:
La prima e la seconda non hanno il valore giusto nel termine che identifica il raggio al quadrato.
La terza ha il centro sbagliato perchè così come è descritta avrebbe il seguente centro (−1,2,−6) che non è quello dato dall'esercizio
La quarta è quella giusta

La geometria analitica utilizza gli strumenti dell’algebra e del calcolo per risolvere problemi geometrici.
