After a long break, I've started playing again and I'm excited to begin posting about my activities and offering some strategy tips. The combination of cards with Weapons Training
In this post, I want to talk about the Weapons Training ability and its effectiveness with a specific combination of cards.
The cards I use are:
- Aves Sturgis (Level 3):
- Pelacor Conjurer (Level 7):
- Helmet Kharafax (Level 4):
Utility of the combination
This combination of cards is particularly useful against opponents who rely on magic attacks or adopt a defensive strategy with shields and repairs.
Aves Sturgis is the main monster of the combination because, thanks to the Weapons Training ability, it can teach its magic attack to the card in front of it and the one behind it (up to 3 points). Pelacor Conjurer acts as an excellent defender, reflecting the opponents' magic attacks and protecting the team with its Divine Shield. Helmet Kharafax, with its Bloodlust ability, becomes progressively more powerful as it eliminates opponents, while Scavenger and Void allow it to absorb damage and increase its life during the battle.
This combination is particularly advantageous in low-mana battles, where it is essential to maximize the effectiveness of each card. Additionally, it is very useful when the Amplify rule is applied, which increases the points of reflected damage. In these situations, Pelacor Conjurer becomes even more effective, while Helmet Kharafax can exploit its Bloodlust ability to become a real war machine.
Rulesets
This strategy is effective in battles with rules that favor defense and increased reflected damage, such as Divine Shield, Void Armor, and Amplify. Additionally, when the rules allow the use of a Gladius unit even with Summoners who normally cannot summon them (Helmet Kharafax is such a card), the combination with Grandmaster Rathe makes the combination even more powerful.
My battles with this strategy
Below, I share the links to some of my battles where I used this strategy, along with a brief strategic commentary. You can see how the combination of these cards helped me win against various opponents and improve my skills in the game.
In this battle, the combination worked perfectly despite the available mana being a bit too much (44). The most significant battle rule was Earthquake, which reduces the life of non-flying monsters by 2 points each turn.
With this ruleset, the abilities Scavenger of Helmet Kharafax, which allows it to gain one life point for each dead monster, Divine Shield and Flying of Pelacor, which allows it to absorb the first attack and avoid penalties from the Earthquake rule, become very important. Thanks to the Weapons Training ability of Aves Sturgis, the firepower of the two preceding cards also becomes significant with 3 magic points. In the first turn, the trio, along with the other cards, managed to destroy the opponent's Tank, which had 11 life points, setting the outcome of the match on the right track
In this case too, the combination of cards performed very well. Despite it being a match with a lot of mana points and I only used 41 out of 50, I still managed to win thanks to the strength of these three cards that together provided fundamental support to the whole team. 9 magic points combined with defensive skills and abilities were crucial.

È passato un po' di tempo dall'ultima volta che ho pubblicato qualcosa sul blog, ma sono felice di essere tornato. Oggi voglio condividere con voi la mia esperienza nel gioco di Splinterlands. Dopo una lunga pausa, ho ripreso a giocare e sono entusiasta di iniziare a postare le mie attività e a dare alcuni spunti per delle strategie da applicare. Splinterlands è un gioco che mi ha sempre affascinato e non vedo l'ora di raccontarvi le mie avventure e le tattiche che sto sperimentando. La combinazione di carte con Weapons Training
Le carte che utilizzo sono:
- Aves Sturgis (Livello 3):
- Pelacor Conjurer (Livello 7):
- Helmet Kharafax (Livello 4):
Utilità della combinazione
Questa combinazione di carte è particolarmente utile contro avversari che si basano su attacchi magici o che adottano una strategia difensiva fatta di scudi e riparazioni.
Aves Sturgis è il mostro principale della combinazione perchè grazie all'abilità Weapons Training è capace di insegnare il suo attacco magico alla carta che lo precede e a quella che lo segue (max 3 punti). Pelacor Conjurer agisce come un eccellente difensore, riflettendo gli attacchi magici degli avversari e proteggendo il team con il suo Divine Shield. Helmet Kharafax, con la sua abilità Bloodlust, diventa progressivamente più potente man mano che elimina gli avversari, mentre Scavenger e Void gli permettono di assorbire danni e aumentare la sua vita durante la battaglia.
Questa combinazione è particolarmente vantaggiosa in battaglie con poco mana, dove è essenziale massimizzare l'efficacia di ogni carta. Inoltre, è molto utile quando viene applicata la regola Amplify, che aumenta i punti dei danni riflessi. In queste situazioni, Pelacor Conjurer diventa ancora più efficace, mentre Helmet Kharafax può sfruttare la sua abilità Bloodlust per diventare una vera e propria macchina da guerra.
Regole di battaglia
Questa strategia è efficace in battaglie con regole che favoriscono la difesa e l'aumento dei danni di riflesso, come Divine Shield, Void Armor e Amplify. Inoltre quando le regole permettono di usare una unità Gladius anche con Summoner che non possono, normalmente evocarle (Helmet Kharafax è una carta di questo tipo), l'accoppiata con Grandmater Rathe fa diventare la combinazione ancora più potente.
Le mie battaglie con questa strategia
Condivido di seguito i link di alcune delle mie battaglie in cui ho utilizzato questa strategia con un breve commento strategico. Potete vedere come la combinazione di queste carte mi ha aiutato a vincere contro vari avversari e a migliorare le mie abilità nel gioco.
In questa battaglia la combinazione ha funzionato alla perfezione nonostante i mana disponibili fossero un po' troppi (44). La regola del combattimento più significativa era Earthquake che ad ogni turno riduce la vita di 2 punti ai mostri che non volano.
Con questa ruleset diventano molto importanti le abilità Scavenger di Helmet Kharafax che gli permette di guadagnare un punto vinto per ogni mostro morto, Divine Shield e Flyng di Pelacor che gli permettono di assorbire il primo attacco e di non ricevere penalità dalla regola Earthquake e grazie all'abilità Weapons Training di Aves Sturgis anche la potenza di fuoco delle due carte precedenti diventa importante con 3 punti magia. Al primo turno il trio è riuscito, insieme alle altre carte, a distruggere il Tank avversario che contava ben 11 punti vita mettendo sui binari giusti l'esito della sfida.
Anche in questo caso la combinazione di carte ha reso molto bene. Nonostante fosse una partita con molti punti mana e io ne abbia utilizzati solo 41 su 50 sono comunque riuscito a vincere grazie alla forza di queste tre carte che unite insieme hanno dato un supporto fondamentale a tutta la squadra.
9 punti magia uniti alle capacità e abilità difensive sono stati fondamentali.
