I cannot claim the fuel until I stake the script token but my cards which are currently staked have started generating fuel but I will be able to claim the fuel only when I have the script token in the stak and this is the rule of the moonkarts Game that if you stak one card and after staking it you must have two script tokens in the stake. If you have a card which is generating fuel after being staked then it is very important to have two script tokens in the stak to claim its fuel. Thus since I have staked four cards today then I will need four script tokens in the stak. To claim fuel, i have to stake eight Script tokens. If you have Scrip tokens, you can stake them easily. If you do not have Script tokens, you can buy them from Hive Engine or moonkarts Market. But at this time, Scrip tokens have been sold out in moonkarts Market. I have also seen that Script tokens have been sold out in Hive Engine as well. If you do not have Scrip tokens, you have to keep visiting Hive Engine Exchange and keep checking from the market.
