Feliz y bendecida noche mis queridos amigos Hivers.
Estoy de nuevo por aquí para contarles mi días de entrenamientos, y mis aventuras como madre primeriza jeje, todo ha sido ensayo y error, pero a Dios gracias las cosas han salido muy bien.
Este día trabaje en el gimnasio tren inferior, iniciamos primero con una caminata rápida en la caminadora, proseguí a realizar acondicionamiento muscular, de esta manera prepare mis músculos y articulaciones para cada ejercicios que estaba dentro de la rutina.
Al culminar esa primera parte de mi entrenamiento proseguí con los músculos a trabajar, los cuales fueron glúteos y femorales, mi entrenador está trabajando junto a mí la fuerza, e cada ejercicio se le aumento el peso, de esta manera aumento masa muscular.
Y bueno continuo, muy feliz entrenando y dando lo mejor de mi.

This day I worked in the gym lower body, we started first with a brisk walk on the treadmill, I continued to perform muscle conditioning, this way I prepared my muscles and joints for each exercise that was within the routine.
At the end of that first part of my training I continued with the muscles to work, which were gluteus and femoral, my trainer is working with me the strength, and each exercise increased the weight, thus increasing muscle mass.
