One of my favourite topics is food, and I enjoy cooking and working as a chef. Cooking is a useful skill that will keep you from going hungry in any situation. Some of the foods that I am an expert in cooking are Mutton Curry which I will soon share with you friends. I also make good tea and various types of juices that my family requests that I make. Aside from exploring nature, I am also interested in cooking and would like to eat more nutritious foods. I prefer meat to vegetables, but in order to keep my body in balance, I try to eat a variety of foods.
Today I'm going to share one of the Hazara community's special recipes, which we call "GHOSHT BHINDI" in Urdu language or "OKRA MEAT CURRY" . This is one of my favourite foods, which I crave and which has numerous health benefits. The steps for making this food will be shared with your friends, as well as the ingredients needed to make it. To begin making this food, we'll need a few essential ingredients.
ESSENTIAL INGREDIENTS WHICH ARE REQURIED
- Mutton about half KG depends on the requirement.
- Okra about 1KG depends on the requirement.
- Tomato 1/2 KG
- Red Chilli
- Green Chilli
- Salt according to taste.
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Cooking Oil
WHAT STEPS ARE REQUIRED TO PREPARE THIS FOOD?
This is a very simple recipe with few ingredients, but the flavour is delicious. To begin, cut the Okra into small pieces as shown in the picture. Wash the Okra, Tomato, and Meat thoroughly and set aside for 10 minutes to dry.
Fry the Okra in a pot until it changes colour and is soft enough to eat. The same procedure will be followed with the mutton meat; after being fried, both will be removed and placed in a separate pot. Cut the tomato, garlic, and ginger into small pieces and combine them to make a paste. In a separate pot, heat some oil and cook the paste thoroughly before adding a spicy mixture of red chilies, green chilies, Food Masala, and salt, as shown in the picture.
Add the meat to the curry pot and thoroughly mix it in. Cook until the colour of the food changes and a pleasant aroma emanates. After that, add the fried Okra and thoroughly combine everything. Put it on low heat for 15 minutes, or until it cook completely and the delicious aromas emerge. Delicious and tasty MUTTON OKRA CURRY is ready to serve.
