Últimamente he estado "coqueteando" con la cosmética natural y he descubierto cositas interesantes, hasta ahora lo mejor que se me ha dado son los splash aromáticos. Pero, quise probar esta idea que vi en Youtube y les documenté el proceso.
Resulta que en la naturaleza existen tintes vegetales que son usados en cosmética natural, todo el que ha cocinado con cúrcuma por ejemplo, ha terminado con las manos amarillas 😅
La canela y el cacao junto al óxido de hierro lo usan para hacer polvos sueltos o compactos, y í, también la remolacha o betabel.
La elaboración es muy sencilla, solo se necesita la verdura y un poco de maicena o fécula de maíz:
Se pela la remolacha y se licúa en un procesador, y el resultante luego de colar se vierte en el polvo de maicena. La cantidad a va depender del color que queramos lograr.
Una vez tengamos el color adecuado, veremos que la mezcla está líquida pero algo espesa, se debe revolver muy bien para integrar y posteriormente, paso muy importante, colocar al sol directo.
Cuando la preparación esté compacta, tomaremos una cucharilla, tenedor o cuchillo y descompactaremos hasta hacerlo polvo, y lo volvemos a dejar al sol. Lo ideal es que esté más de 12 horas llevando sol y siendo removido cada tanto.
Y listo, ya tienen su rubor naturalito, ecoamigable y bien económico 😆
Les comento que si no lleva suficiente sol la mezcla se puede dañar al poco tiempo, por lo que es necesario que esté completamente seco.
Tip: Se pueden ayudar con el horno. También le pueden agregar óxido de zinc o algún otro conservante, sin embargo con el repaso del horno, será suficiente.
