Art has always been part of my refuge, that magical space where my mind finds peace and at the same time my hands are transforming ideas into something tangible.
I haven't done makeup for a long time because the truth is that since my dad left, I felt I didn't want to do many things I used to enjoy, I have been very melancholic, but today my mind and my body asked me to create, to reconnect with that part of me that found in makeup a way of expression, I also thank my son who encourages me to go back to doing the things I like and that make me feel good.

Hola a todos! Espero que estén bien donde quiera que se encuentren. El día de hoy les traigo este maquillaje que es una recreación con la cual la identifico con mi personalidad y con mi realidad actual. Desde siempre el arte forma parte de mi refugio, ese espacio magico donde mi mente encuentra paz y al mismo tiempo mis manos van transformando ideas en algo tangible.
Hace mucho tiempo que no me maquillo porque la verdad es que desde que se fue mi papá, sentí que no quería hacer muchas cosas que antes disfrutaba, he estado muy melancólica, pero hoy mi mente y mi cuerpo me pidieron crear, reconectarme con esa parte de mí que encontró en el maquillaje una forma de expresión, también agradezco a mi hijo que me anima a volver a hacer las cosas que me gustan y me hacen bien.

Me he decidido por este diseño porque, de alguna manera representa como me siento, este maquillaje tiene ramas que se entrelazan unas con otras como pensamientos, sombras y luces que reflejan mis emociones. No es solo un maquillaje, es una manifestación de mi proceso interior.
Hoy te digo querido lector que si estas pasando por un momento en el que sientes que estas perdiendo algo de ti, recuerda que hacer las cosas que te gustan, solo hazlo, eso puede ser un puente para reencontrarte contigo mismo.
Now I show you part of this process
The first thing I did was to clean my skin, moisturize it and apply a primer to soften those expression lines and cover the pores, then I applied a base in the tone of my skin and put concealers in two tones one very light to illuminate and another in a darker tone of my skin to give depth, then I applied a little cream blush and sealed these steps with compact powder.
After having the skin prepared I started working with the artistic paints and oil shadows, I applied on the eyelid and on the inner part of my right eye a red tone and on the left eye in the same way a black tone.
Then I started to work with water based body paints to make the design of the branches and foliage of this tree between black and red, to finish I put false eyelashes and I applied a deep red lipstick.

Lo primero que hice fue limpiar mi piel, hidratarla y aplicar un primer para suavizar esas líneas de expresión y tapar los poros, después apliqué una base en el tono de mi piel y puse correctores en dos tonos uno muy claro para iluminar y otro en un tono más oscuro de mi piel para dar profundidad, después apliqué un poco de colorete en crema y sellé estos pasos con polvos compactos.
Después de tener la piel preparada empecé a trabajar con las pinturas artísticas y sombras al óleo, apliqué en el párpado y en la parte interna de mi ojo derecho un tono rojo y en el ojo izquierdo de igual manera un tono negro.
Luego empecé a trabajar con pinturas corporales a base de agua para hacer el diseño de las ramas y el follaje de este árbol entre negro y rojo, para terminar me puse las pestañas postizas y me apliqué un labial rojo intenso.
