








Food I would say, is good for the soul.
One of my favourite and go to meal would be Boiled yam with Egg sauce. So fast and easy to prepare. I can say that I just love good food, lol.
Recipe
A tuber of yam
Egg
Tomatoes
Pepper/ scotch bonnet
Medium size onion
Oil
Salt
Seasoning cube (optional)
Cooking Instruction
Yam
Step 1: Slice yam (1- inch) and peel skin.
Step 2: Rinse yam until clean and put in a pot.
Step 3: Add water (enough to cover it) and salt to taste.
Step 4: Cook on medium heat for 15 to 20mins or until soft.
Egg Sauce
Step 1: Chop the tomatoes, pepper, and Onion.
Step 2: Break egg into a bowl, then whisk it.
Step 3: Heat up oil in a pan for 2 mins, then add the chopped pepper mix.
Step 4: Allow the mix to cook/fry for another 5 mins while stirring occasionally.
Step 5: Add salt and seasoning cube (as desired).
Step 6: Add the whisked egg and allow to for 2 minutes.
Voila! Food is ready.
Best served hot.
