I once tried to make some steak on a very piping hot cast iron skillet, turned out good actually.. I wanted to do the same with the same ingredients as before but now with some Garlic Rolls and some Habanero Hickory smoked BBQ and an IPA to down it all.
This is the video I followed when I first tried to make it. The video provides value and great information and the dude josh knows how to talk to you and make you understand the steps fully..
I used the same method as in the video and as before I picked up some garlic rolls at our local farmers market where I also picked up the sour monkey IPA and their in house Habanero BBW to drizzle over the whole thing. Let me tell you the pictures did not make it justice because it looked so much better in person and it tasted just as good.
One thing Id love to do is pick up a smoker.. maybe a Traeger the wood pellets make it a hybrid since you can adjust heat with those chips..
Id like to some some meat and or maybe some fish.. I am looking to do a bit more cooking shit and BBQ, falls coming I like the cold weather to bbq and chill by a fire pit.
