Hola, comunidad de Hive y Liketu como se preparan para celebrar este año Halloween, cuales son las tendencias para este maravilloso año. En los Estados Unidos es impresionante como decorar las casas se superan todos los años, es una inversión extraordinaria.
El recorrer el vecindario disfrutar con los pequeños de la casa debe ser un reto para las familias y disfrazarse.
En Venezuela, esta fecha está cobrando fuerzas al pasar los años porque los centros comerciales están invirtiendo en esta ocasión especial con varias actividades.
En mi espacio laboral, se lleva varios años haciendo actividades con esta temática y es divertido.
En la oficina hay que hacer actividades para la recreación esparcimiento social para integrar a los equipos y trabaje en conjunto.
El lograr estos objetivos no es fácil por parte del departamento de recursos humanos o bienestar social, pero compartir hacer actividades en temática del año es una buena opción para lograr esta meta.
Compenetrar al equipos o grupos con temas por ejemplo celebrara Halloween, es una opción ideal, la propuesta de ese año fue realizar una olla o caldero a escala para colocar dentro golosinas que causar algún tipo de miedo al meter la mano dentro de ella.
La elaboración del caldero nos llevó varios días, a mi compañero y a mí. El material utilizado en su mayoría fue material reciclado. En el cuál contamos para armar la estructura con carpetas marrones tamaño oficios la cual se cortó en tiras y posterior se armó el molde colocando grapas, para hacerla más resistente se colocó con papel reciclado en todo el molde pegándolo con pega de maicena. La tuvimos que dejar cerca alrededor de unas 12 horas aproximadamente.
Luego se colocó el papel crepe de color naranja, negro y rojo con mucho cuidado ya que este papel es muy frágil al humedeces con la pega. Así que nos llevó bastante tiempo para que no se dañara, desarrollando la paciencia para obtener el resultado que deseamos.
La idea de colocar en el espacio en blanco una semejanza a una casa de brujas, fue de mi compañero. Igual nos llevó tiempo realizar los pequeños detalles como la bruja, pero las repisas fue los que de verdad no hizo pensar porque la misma fue hecha de anime, pero el colocar los envases de botellas de refresco simulando venenos fue un poquito exprésate.
En un momento pensamos llenarlo con un poco de agua y diluir algún color, pero el peso del líquido no iba a funcionar ya que solo era sobrepuesto y no iba a resistir. Así que pensando un poquito más lo mejor fue colocar papel celofán de color alrededor de la botella e iba a tener el mismo efecto.
Ya para este momento el factor tiempo, nos arropaba teníamos que terminar a la brevedad por eso, corriendo se logró colocar la ventana de la casa de las brujas y otros pequeños detalles.
Desde mi punto de vista y opinión personal, el objetivo se logró la participación de los compañeros de trabajo fue un éxito total la integración entre departamento.
El trabajar con Víctor mi compañero de aventura también lo disfrute al máximo cada momento de estrés de buscar una solución rápida con el material que se tenía a disposición fue todo un reto porque el presupuesto de comprar algún material fue bastante limitado y sacarlo de nuestro bolsillo no era la opción ideal.
Con los pocos recursos que teníamos a disposición se cumplió con el reto y fue un detalle para los empleados disfrutar de un día diferente.
Para terminar con la idea de celebrar Halloween en grande, le dije a mi compañero para pintarnos la cara, a él no le llamo la atención de hacerlo, así que me toco a mi realizar este maquillaje básico en el cual utilice sombra de color blanco y un creyón de cejas que era lo que tenía en mi cartera. El resultado me gustó mucho.

Hello, Hive and Liketu community, how are you preparing to celebrate Halloween this year, what are the trends for this wonderful year. In the United States it is impressive how to decorate the houses are surpassed every year, it is an extraordinary investment.
Going around the neighborhood enjoying with the little ones of the house should be a challenge for families and dressing up.
In Venezuela, this date is gaining strength as the years go by because the malls are investing in this special occasion with various activities.
In my work space, we have been doing activities with this theme for several years and it is fun.
In the office it is necessary to make activities for recreation and social recreation to integrate the teams and work together.
Achieving these objectives is not easy on the part of the human resources or social welfare department, but sharing activities on the theme of the year is a good option to achieve this goal.
The proposal that year was to make a pot or cauldron to scale to place inside treats that would cause some kind of fear when you put your hand inside it.
It took my partner and me several days to make the cauldron. The material used was mostly recycled material. In which we had to assemble the structure with brown folders size oficios which was cut into strips and then the mold was assembled by placing staples, to make it more resistant was placed with recycled paper throughout the mold sticking it with cornstarch glue. We had to leave it for about 12 hours approximately.
Then we placed the orange, black and red crepe paper very carefully since this paper is very fragile when wet with the glue. So it took us a long time to avoid damaging it, developing patience to get the result we wanted.
The idea of placing in the blank space a resemblance to a witch's house was my partner's idea. It still took us time to make the small details like the witch, but the shelves were the ones that really made us think because they were made of anime, but placing the soda bottle containers simulating poisons was a little bit expressive.
At one point we thought about filling it with a little water and diluting some color, but the weight of the liquid was not going to work since it was only overlapping and would not resist. So thinking a little bit more the best thing to do was to put some colored cellophane paper around the bottle and it would have the same effect.
By this time the time factor, we had to finish as soon as possible, so we were able to place the window of the witches' house and other small details.
From my point of view and personal opinion, the objective was achieved, the participation of the coworkers was a total success and the integration between departments was a total success.
Working with Victor, my partner in adventure, I also enjoyed every stressful moment of looking for a quick solution with the material that was available was a challenge because the budget to buy some material was quite limited and taking it out of our pocket was not the ideal option.
With the few resources we had at our disposal, the challenge was met and it was a nice touch for the employees to enjoy a different day.
To finish with the idea of celebrating Halloween in a big way, I told my partner to paint his face, he didn't care to do it, so it was my turn to do this basic makeup in which I used white shadow and an eyebrow crayon that was what I had in my purse. I really liked the result.
