Hoy salí a trotar ya tenía mucho tiempo sin hacerlo, me anime a ir porque mi hermana me invito a trotar temprano y como recompensa comeríamos unas deliciosas empanadas que vende un portugués, fue una buena estrategia porque en realidad no quería ir pero sabía que comería deliciosas empanaditas, después de trotar comimos empanadas lo cual fue muy agradable para el cerebro y el estómago jajajaja.
Algo que me gusto de esta caminata, fue la fuerte brisa y el sonido de ella en los árboles, me sentí bien trotando de hecho al final corrí un rato también y ahora quiero salir a trotar todos los domingos el cuerpo se activa de una manera increíble.

Hello, hello happy Sunday.
Today I went jogging and I had a long time without doing it, I was encouraged to go because my sister invited me to jog early and as a reward we would eat some delicious empanadas sold by a Portuguese, it was a good strategy because I really did not want to go but I knew I would eat delicious empanaditas, after jogging we ate empanadas which was very nice for the brain and stomach hahahaha.
Something I liked about this walk, was the strong breeze and the sound of it in the trees, I felt good jogging in fact at the end I ran for a while too and now I want to go jogging every Sunday the body is activated in an incredible way.
