
Today felt like one of those perfect mornings to go out and run. It’s a bit cloudy, which I actually love because it keeps things cool and fresh, and luckily there’s no rain! The streets were calm, the breeze was soft, and everything smelled like early morning. It felt so good to move my body and clear my mind a little.
Running is one of those things that always helps me reset. I don’t run super fast or for very long, but I enjoy every step—especially when the weather cooperates like today. I came back home feeling energized and proud of myself.
