This beautiful country, my motherland can boast of many[numerous] wonders and resources. If I am to start talking about all of these , I could go on and on and on.
Let me introduce just two aspects this time around. These two are actually most dear to me; the food and the scenery.
"Breathtaking" is one of the words that could possibly help in description of the amazing, spectacular landscape. With plenty places to go sight seeing, Ghana is a tourism centre in itself.
Tuo zafi, akple, banku, fufu, waakye, kokonte,.......
The list goes on and on but this is just a small fraction.
Turning cassava into fufu;
With the help of maize some banku and Tuo zafi can be prepared
And our very special waakye from rice and beans.
