Hola mis queridos amigos lectores y emprendedores, espero que estén teniendo un hermoso fin de semana y que estén teniendo paz y tranquilidad dentro de ustedes ya que esa es la clave para tener un buen día y una buena vida . Extrañaba ya escribir por acá y compartir con ustedes. Gracias a dios ya estamos de regreso y vengo con un tema que para mí es importante, ya que refleja una realidad que vivimos muchos estudiantes o por lo menos los de mi casa d estudio.
Por algunos motivos no mencionaré el nombre, pero la mayoría se hará una idea o por lo menos los que son de Venezuela. Cuando yo entre a mi universidad yo tenía una referencia de ella no muy buena ya que generalmente a las universidades pertenecientes al poder no son generalmente bien reconocidas. Al momento de inscribirme muchas preguntas pasaron por mi mente y mi corazón latia sin parar pensando en el que dirán o en qué pasará.
Muchas veces cometemos el grande error de dejarnos llevar y sobre todo el de quedarnos con las cosas que nos dicen los demás sobre una persona, institución, experiencia, país, comunidad y así sucesivamente, siempre nos quedamos ya sea con lo bueno o lo malo que los demás nos digan . Y ese es un error que nos puede costar a nosotros nuestras propias experiencias y aprendizajes.
Siempre dije que una cosa es escuchar y otra es quedarse con lo que los demás te dicen. Y yo decidí no cometer ese error. Yo siempre escuché y aún sigo escuchando comentarios que hacen sobre mi casa de estudio. Y créanme que no son comentarios positivos. Siempre están las personas que dicen " tú no estás estudiando odontología, estás perdiendo el tiempo". " Realmente crees que vas a triunfar siendo parte de esa universidad?" " Deberías irte a una privada y no perder el tiempo" . Siempre con comentarios así e incluso peores.
Me a tocado estar tranquila comiendo en cualquier sitio , estar caminando por las calles, comprando algo o esperando que me vayan a buscar e incluso comprando material para mí carrera y que personas cercanas y ajenas a mí me digan esas cosas. Es triste ver como las personas creen que actualmente todo gira entorno a algo político simplemente por llevar el nombre de una persona que para unos fue el mejor y para otros fue el inicio de una desgracia. Es triste saber que estamos pagando los platos rotos de algo que no hicimos y ganamos una fama que no decidimos.
Las personas no ven que somos adolescentes y adultos buscando las maneras de estudiar una carrera que otras casas de estudio a las que tanto admiran no tienen disponibilidad de esa carrera . Tenemos profesores que se esfuerzan y comparten sus conocimientos y experiencias con nosotros sin recibir un pago extraordinario a cambio. El que no sabe el cuento siempre lo quiere contar y eso es un error muy común de las personas.
Actualmente son muchos los profesionales que ejercen odontología gracias al fruto de su esfuerzo reflejado en 4 años de carrera que no es un título regalado porque muchas personas siempre ven lo externo y creen que así son las cosas, pero. Nunca se atreven a ver la parte interna de las cosas. Nosotros tenemos un rendimiento y un trote que no cualquiera es capaz de aguantar, incluso muchos abandonan por eso .
Por ello, todos mis compañeros ya sea de mi año o más avanzados, siempre trazan la línea de meta , la cuál no es solamente graduarse. Es demostrar que no somos diferentes o menos por el lugar de donde venimos sino que somos más por lo que hacemos y lo que aprendimos, además de lo mucho que aguantamos diario escuchando y recibiendo esos tratos por parte de los demás. Que aunque muchas veces digan " no les prestes atención" tampoco está bien que siempre te estén mirando como si fueras algo extraño y no funcional.
A veces no medimos lo que decimos y no sabemos que impacto tendrá en la otra persona y tampoco sabemos cuántas veces esa persona recibió ese mismo trato. Cambiar y mejorar está en nosotros . Nunca es tarde para abrir los ojos y ver más allá de esa cortina llena de dibujos que solo expresan lo malo y no lo bueno de algo . Además, siempre es bueno reconocer el esfuerzo de los demás así como queremos que el nuestro sea reconocido de igual forma.

Thankfully, we're back, and I'm here with a topic that's important to me, as it reflects a reality that many students experience, or at least those at my school.
For some reasons, I won't mention the name, but most people will get an idea, or at least those from Venezuela. When I first entered my university, I had a rather sketchy review of it, as universities belonging to the ruling class aren't generally well-known. When I enrolled, many questions ran through my mind, and my heart pounded, wondering what they'd say or what would happen. We often make the big mistake of letting ourselves get carried away, and especially of focusing on what others tell us about a person, institution, experience, country, community, and so on. We always focus on the good or the bad that others tell us. And that's a mistake that can cost us our own experiences and learning.
I always said that it's one thing to listen and another to accept what others tell you. And I decided not to make that mistake. I always heard, and I still hear, comments about my school. And believe me, they're not positive comments. There are always people who say, "You're not studying dentistry, you're wasting your time." "Do you really think you're going to succeed at that university?" "You should go to a private university and not waste your time." They always make comments like that, and even worse.
I've had to sit quietly eating anywhere, walking down the street, buying something, waiting for someone to pick me up, and even buying supplies for my degree, and have people close to me and strangers tell me those things. It's sad to see how people think everything revolves around politics these days simply because we bear the name of a person who, for some, was the greatest and, for others, the beginning of a tragedy. It's sad to know that we're paying the price for something we didn't do and gaining a reputation we didn't choose.
People don't see that we are teenagers and adults looking for ways to study a degree that other schools they admire so much don't offer. We have professors who work hard and share their knowledge and experiences with us without receiving extra pay in return. Those who don't know the story always want to tell it, and that's a very common mistake people make.
Today, many professionals practice dentistry thanks to the fruit of their hard work, reflected in a four-year degree. It's not a free degree, because many people always look at the external world and believe that's how things are, but they never dare to look at the internal side of things. We have a performance and a stamina that not everyone can sustain, and many even drop out because of it.
That's why all my classmates, whether in my year or older, always draw the line at the finish line, which isn't just graduating. It's showing that we're not different or lesser because of where we come from, but rather, we're more important because of what we do and what we've learned, in addition to how much we endure daily listening to and receiving such treatment from others. Even though they often say "don't pay attention to them," it's also not okay for them to always look at you as if you're something strange and dysfunctional.
Sometimes we don't measure what we say and don't know what impact it will have on the other person, nor do we know how many times that person has received the same treatment. Change and improvement are within us. It's never too late to open our eyes and see beyond that curtain full of drawings that only express the bad and not the good of something.
It's also always good to recognize the efforts of others, just as we want our own to be recognized in the same way.
