The Neem plant is growing and we are happy to see this progress.
The purpose of the plant is to cover the place cats feeding place for Happy Catz (trending/hive-137634)
Perhaps, it will take some time to have a covering to this place
I am putting fertilizer every 15 days, which is called Blue NPK
Hopefully the stray cats who visit this place won't destroy it LOL
