It was just wishful thinking to have a cafe in our humble town so whenever we want to chill and have some good coffee, we have somewhere to go. Thankfully, God answered our prayers and now, we have a cafe we could just fly to when moments like today happen - just this afternoon, my husband said, let’s eat outside! I don’t blame him as we had been staying in the house for the whole week, I guess he wanted a breath of fresh air and work in a different environment.
We got in our car and headed to Sticky Buns. No customer around! Perfect! We asked for a hot latte and an iced salted caramel, both large! I was also eyeing the oversized croissant on display, they have a few croissant options such as Pain de chocolate, almond, and yema croissant. I opted for that one with chocolate. Then my little one asked for a chocolate bar as well. I decided to order a large fries too!
It only took a few minutes and our order arrived. I was amazed at the latte art when my little one just touched it and in just a blink of an eye, before we could even take a photo, the art was messed up! Anyway, we couldn’t get it back so we have to move on right away.
I had a sip on my iced salted caramel and it was so good! I was happy and went on working on a video I had to edit for my client. The only problem with Sticky Buns is that they don’t have free WIFI for their customers. A Korean couple arrived and they were indeed surprised that we have a cafe in this small town away from the city! Another foreign couple arrived and their faces show that they were pleased to see this nice cafe. Sticky Buns Cafe has a great ambiance and they have a couple of merchandise too. My husband got their cap which was available for PHP 250.
We stayed here until Matti asked that we go home because he was sleepy. I hope the next time we have coffee here, WIFI would be available!
That’s all for today! Thanks for reading!
