It looks more like spiderwebs in the night being over lighted with the fog in there right? Or maybe some fireworks around New Years eve, which in a pitch black night only has the black and grey fireworks sold for over the year.
Nothing of that all. This is just good ol rain pouring down in the night splashing back up. One of the things in Holland that you are sure of, is that when it is hotter for a couple of days, eventually the thunder will catch up on you and it will instantly cool off. That was the case here and it was really giving it a good poor. But because it was still so hot, I had all the doors open and had a good chance to take a peek from inside.
So with some brightness, contrast, highlights this turned out into something abstract and I like it! I guess nature is also fond of having some water in there again and to be honest not having the house inside 28 degrees celsius is also something that I prefer :)
I love these kinds of odd and funny sights popping up when you least expect them. All you need to do is take a camera in hand and do something with it.
