Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren excelente en esta nueva publicación les hablare de mi tema titulado; deliciosos bollos de chicharrón, pues si estos bollos son muy famosos al menos aquí en mi país se da con la fritura de la piel del cerdo con o sin carne mas que todo la grasa, que se va convirtiendo el ese aperitivo muy sabroso, que a su vez le dicen las barras de proteínas, se puede triturar en partes muy pequeñas y ser colocadas a la masa de hacer las arepas o se hacen los famosos bollos sancochados y envueltos en parte aluminio, también se le coloca ají verde o rojo para darle mas vida en sabor, fue exactamente lo que se realizo, esto había quedado de las festividades de diciembre y se aprovecho para hacer esos deliciosos bollos, el chicharrón a mi me gusta pero llega un momento que empalaga la manera de disfrutarlo y que no aburra el sabor es de esa manera, acompañado de alguna salsa de ajo es otro nivel, y tu querido lector eres amante de las arepas o bollos de chicharrón? si deseas dame tu opinión.
