Walking days for me are incredible. Lately I've been adding more physical activity than usual to my days. I climb the mountain at least once a week, I go to Spinning on Mondays and I also walk around the city.
This is one of my daily walks. I walked from my house to the working class neighborhood. And I stayed in the square for a while observing the activities that take place there. There is dance therapy, there is a man who rents chess boards, there is another man who has a mobile library and sells books, there are families who take their children to the park, there are couples who go to sit on the benches to talk, there are artisans selling their works, there is such a variety of things.
It is a quiet place to go sit and observe everything around you. I took a short break there, took some photos and then headed back to my house. It's a big walk, it takes me 40 minutes going up and 40 minutes going down, sometimes it can be less.

Los días de caminata para mi son increíbles. Últimamente he agregado más actividad física de lo habitual a mis días. Subo la montaña al menos una vez por semana, voy los lunes a Spinning y además camino por la ciudad.
Esta es una de mis caminatas diarias. Camine desde mi casa hasta barrio obrero. Y me quede un rato en la plaza observando las actividades que se desarrollan allí. Hay bailoterapia, hay un señor que alquila tableros de ajedrez, hay otro señor que tiene una biblioteca rodante y vende libros, hay familias que llevan a sus hijos al parque, hay parejas que van a sentarse a los bancos a conversar, hay artesanos vendiendo sus obras, hay tanta variedad de cosas.
Es un lugar tranquilo para ir a sentarse y observar todo a tu al rededor. Tome un pequeño descanso allí, tome algunas fotos y luego regrese de nuevo a mi casa. Es una gran caminata, me toma 40 minutos subiendo y 40 minutos bajando, a veces puede ser menos.
