We always judge without knowing the war that each person is fighting internally, it is frowned upon for a person to end their own life, but I have always thought that you must be very brave to do something like that, attack yourself.
Constant and recurring thoughts about the same thing become a vicious circle of bad thoughts, almost like an addiction to thinking badly and hurting ourselves... How difficult it is to be there. But even if you don't have any hope, I want to tell you that fortunately things change, everything happens for a reason, everything we live or experience, many times we feel like we are dying, but, no, to feel everything we feel you have to be alive , right now I am a person who appreciates every moment, every moment.
If someone finds themselves in a hole, where they believe there is no way out, they can see this, I want to tell them from my experience that they are not alone, that there are many people who feel the same way and that within all that darkness, there is a ray of light, you have to propose to get out of there, be positive, be receptive, open your mind to new things, you must know yourself, how you feel, everything you want out of your life and what you want inside it Above all, try, persevere, surround yourself with friends and understand that beyond suicide there are other solutions, it is just a bad time, not a bad life.

Hola amigos hoy es el día mundial de prevención del suicidio, hoy nos vestimos de amarillo y abrazamos aquella persona que necesita ser escuchada y comprendida.
Siempre juzgamos sin saber la guerra que cada persona está luchando internamente, esta mal visto que una persona acabe con su propia vida, pero siempre he pensado que se debe ser muy valiente para llegar a hacer algo como eso, atentar contra ti mismo.
Pensamientos constantes y recurrentes sobre lo mismo, se vuelve un circulo vicioso de malos pensamientos, casi como una adiccion a pensar mal y herirnos a nosotros mismos... Que dificil es estar ahi. Pero aunque no tengas nada de esperanza, quiero decirte que afortunadamente las cosas cambian, todo sucede por alguna razón, todo lo que vivimos o experimentamos, muchas veces sentimos que estamos muriendo, pero, no, para sentir todo lo que sentimos hay que estar vivos, ahora mismo soy una persona que aprecia cada momento, cada instante.
Si alguien se encuentra en un hueco, donde cree que no habra salida, puede ver esto, quiero decirle desde mi experiencia que no esta solo, que hay muchas personas que se sienten de la misma forma y que dentro de toda esa oscuridad, si hay un rayo de luz, hay que proponerse salir de ahi, ser positivo, ser receptivo, abrir su mente hacia las cosas nuevas, debes conocerte a ti mismo, tú sentir, todo lo que quieres fuera de tu vida y lo que quieres dentro de ella, sobre todo, intentar, perseverar, rodearse de amigos y entender que mas alla del suicidio hay otras soluciones, solo es un mal momento no una mala vida.
No dudes en buscar ayuda, en desahogar lo que llevas dentro.
