Hey amigos de Liketu.

Estos días han sido para mi como una montaña Rusa de muchas emociones, sin embargo he tratado de equilibrar mis emociones, es difícil porque sufro de ansiedad, cualquier cosa que es importante para mi, me pone muy ansiosa, pero debo trabajar mucho en controlar mi mente, mis emociones, lo que pienso ect .

Algo que he estado recuperando es mi autoestima, trato de verme al espejo y mencionar cuales son las cosas que me gustan ya sea de mi aspecto físico y personal, además de también mencionar lo que no me gusta y poder corregirlo, las cosas que no puedo corregir de mi persona entonces busco la manera de aceptarlas y quererlas.

Quiero intentar de escribir las cosas que quiero en mi vida, manifestarlo y sentirlo como si ya las hubiera obtenido .

These days have been for me like a roller coaster of many emotions, however I have tried to balance my emotions, it is difficult because I suffer from anxiety, anything that is important to me, makes me very anxious, but I have to work a lot on controlling my mind, my emotions, what I think ect .

Something that I have been recovering is my self-esteem, I try to see myself in the mirror and mention what are the things that I like about my physical and personal appearance, and also mention what I don't like and correct it, the things that I can't correct about myself then I look for a way to accept them and love them.

I want to try to write the things I want in my life, to manifest it and to feel it as if I have already obtained them.
