There’s nothing coffee can't fix!
That’s what I believe anyway. While I’ve been sick for the last couple of days, coffee has been a great help to keep my spirit up. I don’t have much appetite but coffee sort of helps. It’s like medicine, and afterall caffeine is in some of those pain relievers. So I made that justification 😀 and today I finally went out after days only either visiting my sick parent or dealing with the cat. I had my me time with coffee and most importantly seeing a bit of green which was really refreshing to my eyes. It has been a while since I did that and journaling sort of helped get my mind less cluttered and focused on things that needed to be done. There’s so many things that I have to do, especially this month. It’s a short month and things have to be done even faster and tax season is incoming. I am not looking forward to that and I have to get some of the things done. So, to calm me down, coffee certainly helps and it’s such a mood booster especially when I get to be outside and journaling. I am so looking forward to what February has in store for me. It’s going to be so exciting and I can’t wait for an adventure that comes my way. I mostly want to drink more coffee. Actually this month I ran out of my starbucks and was sustaining myself with some store-bought coffee from Excelso and some other coffee from the store. It’s still a decent quality and today I got to drink delicious coffee from my favorite cafe in town. They have the best cappuccino and combination of matchapresso that was just right. Whenever I go back, I always make sure to visit the place before I leave. The place is just nice to work from and they have decent tables, AC and quietness too. I get so much done compared when I am working from my home. Inside my home, I get a few distractions here and there and it's pretty hot too. That's why I always prefer to work from cafe, library or any place with decent Aircoinditioner.
