Friends, today my husband and I felt like eating some delicious cachapas. I prepared them for lunch. My husband went to buy the dough and sugar to prepare the dough. To accompany it, he brought butter 🧈 and Llanero white cheese. I immediately started preparing the dough, adding sugar and a pinch of salt 🧂. I started mixing everything and then proceeded to add a little oil to the budare to begin cooking them. I started by placing a little bit of dough on the previously heated budare ♨️, then flipped it over so it would cook on both sides.
Then I started adding the butter 🧈 and the cheese 🧀 to proceed to eat. The truth is, they were very delicious, a soft texture that my husband and I enjoyed a lot. Oh, my husband didn't get a chance to take any pictures, hahaha 😃 but he did enjoy these little things.

Amigós hoy a mi esposo y a mí nos provocó comer unas ricas cachapas, las preparé para el almuerzo mi esposo fue a comprar la masa y azúcar para preparar la masa, para acompañar trajo mantequilla 🧈 y queso blanco llanero, yo inmediatamente me puse a preparar la masa agregando azúcar y una pizca de sal 🧂 empecé a mezclar todo y luego procedí a agregar un poco de aceite en el budare para empezar a cocinarlas. Empecé colocando un poco de masa sobre el budare ya previamente caliente ♨️ luego volteó para que se cocine por ambos lados.
Luego empecé a agregarle la mantequilla 🧈 y el queso 🧀 para proceder a comer la verdad quedaron muy ricas una contestura suave la cuál mi esposo y yo disfrutamos mucho. Aa mi esposo no dió chance de tomarle fotos a el jejeje 😃 pero sí que disfrutó estás chachapas .
