Taking advantage of the week, when the day comes to train legs, I feel it is the best day, because I demand much more, although the definition of my arms can become more noticeable than all the work I do in legs, I know I'm in the right process of growth, I'm sure that sooner rather than later, will begin to see much more those desired changes, for now I am equally dedicated and grateful to my discipline and perseverance because every time I feel stronger and more prepared for more.
Here I am taking the active pause, to continue with some series of abdomen, since two weeks ago I am including a little bit of abdomen, since I was not doing anything of abdomen, when I thought that I didn't need much I had the question of why, and it is here when I start to include it progressively in order to create a better impact on the whole body, even in the trapezes there is a coordinated work.
This is how my body progresses with a focus on muscle mass gain, this medium is practically my time machine so I can see how I have evolved monthly and yearly.

Tomando ventaja de la semana, cuando llega el dia de entrenar piernas, siento que es el mejor dia, porque me exijo mucho mas, a pesar de que la definición de mis brazos puede llegar a ser mas notable que todo el trabajo que hago en piernas, se que estoy en el proceso de crecimiento correcto, estoy segura que mas pronto que tarde, se empezaran a ver mucho mas esos cambios deseados, de momento estoy igualmente dedicada y agradecida con mi disciplina y constancia porque cada vez me siento mas fuerte y mas preparada para mas.
Aquí tomándome la pausa activa, para seguir con algunas series de abdomen, desde hace dos semanas estoy incluyendo un poco de abdomen, ya que no estaba haciendo nada de abdomen, cuando creía que no necesitaba mucho me surgió la pregunta de por que?, y es aquí cuando empiezo a incluirlo progresivamente así crear un mejor impacto en todo el cuerpo, incluso en los trapecios hay un trabajo coordinado.
Así es como avanza mi cuerpo con enfoque en ganancia de masa muscular, este medio es prácticamente mi maquina del tiempo así puedo ver como he evolucionado mensual y anualmente.
