Greetings friends! How did you wake up? I hope very well. I woke up today a bit sore in my upper body because yesterday I trained for one of the elements I want to have, which is the Front Lever.

In one of the exercises I did very badly because it activated the pain in my right shoulder which I had injured. I had to do it moderately but there was a moment when it started to hurt really bad and I even heard a cracking sound. I got scared so I stopped that exercise at 3 reps out of 4. Yesterday it rained very hard at night but I still did my full routine, I only missed the stretching but as it was late and I was very cold because I got wet in the rain, I skipped it yesterday.

I wanted to share a bit of that anecdote with you along with these selfies of me at work. That day they were going to celebrate Mother's Day but as I'm not a mother I didn't want to go with my colleagues, I thought it was unnecessary. I was a bit bored in the office with the engineer who works with me, and as there were no people to attend to I took these pictures hahaha.

¡Saludos amigos! ¿Qué tal amanecieron? Espero que muy bien. Yo hoy amanecí un poco adolorida del tren superior ya que ayer entrené para uno de los elementos que quiero tener que es el Front Lever.

En uno de los ejercicios me fue muy mal porque me activó el dolor en el hombro derecho el cual tenía lesionado. Tuve que hacerlo de manera moderada pero hubo un momento en el que me empezó a doler súper fuerte y hasta se escuchó un crujido. Me asusté así que dejé ese ejercicio en 3 repeticiones de 4 que eran. Ayer llovió muy fuerte en la noche pero aún así hice mi rutina completa, solo me faltaron los estiramientos pero como ya era tarde y tenía mucho frío por haberme mojado con la lluvia, me los salté el día de ayer.

Quise compartirles un poco de esa anécdota junto con estas selfies en mi trabajo. Ese día iban a celebrar el día de las madres pero como yo no soy mamá no quise ir con mis compañeras, lo vi innecesario. Me quedé un poco aburrida en la oficina junto con el ingeniero que trabaja conmigo, y como no habían personas que atender aproveché de tomarme estas fotos jajaja.
