Last week I had a strict and hard training. Lately I've been more motivated than ever and that's because I'm almost ready to compete again. I need to continue to improve my strength, stability and duration in order to have more fluidity when executing an element.

The progress I have made has been slow but steady. I really don't like to rush to get things done because it used to cause me frustration when I didn't get things done quickly. That's why for a while now, I've started to train smart and maintain a healthy patience so I don't get stressed or frustrated in my workouts.

Feliz y bendecido Viernes amigos, ¿Cómo han amanecido? Espero que muy bien al igual que yo. 🙌🏻

La semana pasada tuve un entrenamiento estricto y fuerte. Últimamente he estado más motivada que nunca y eso porque ya casi voy a volver a competir. Necesito seguir mejorando en mi fuerza, estabilidad y duración para así tener más fluidez al momento de ejecutar algún elemento.

El progreso que he tenido ha sido lento pero seguro. Realmente no me gusta apresurarme en obtener las cosas porque eso anteriormente me causaba frustración al no tener las cosas rápido. Es por eso que desde un tiempo para acá, empecé a entrenar inteligentemente y a mantener una paciencia sana para no estresarme o frustrarme en mis entrenamientos.

Estas fotos me las tomé apenas llegué a casa luego de mi entrenamiento. Estaba súper agotada y con el cuerpo adolorido por el entrenamiento de toda la semana pero, estoy muy contenta y satisfecha por lo enérgica que me siento.
