Yesterday I was a little bored, so since I was already caught up on work, I decided to go for a run and wear the t-shirt they gave me at #bitcoinpizzaday in my hometown of Maracaibo. Running was a great help. I had some worries, but they faded into the background while I was running, even hours after I'd run. I was able to see things more calmly.
Also, I realized I desperately need a smartwatch, since at this point I'd like to know my times while I run. What I have is a very old Citizen digital watch 🤣.
El dÃa de ayer estaba un poco aburrida, aprovechando que ya estaba al dÃa con mis trabajos decidà correr y estrenar la camiseta que me regalaron en el #bitcoinpizzaday de mi ciudad Maracaibo. Correr fue de mucha ayuda, tenÃa algunas preocupaciones y pasaron a segundo plano mientras corrÃa incluso horas después de haber corrido, ya veÃa las cosas con más serenidad .
También, logré darme cuenta que me urge tener un Smartwatch, ya que en este punto me gustarÃa saber mis tiempos mientras corro, lo que que tengo es un reloj digital citizen muy antiguo 🤣.
