Today was our 9th fasting day here in Mauritius! Everything's went on nice for me, with my usual busy day!!!
And the main dish on our Iftaar Table that we set to break our fast was BEEF TAJINE!!!
It was after quite a long time that I had beef tajine...my wife's always cooking new dishes nearly everyday, so it is only after very long that we get to eat a same dish again!
The tajine was amazing in taste and we had it with the Moroccan Bread that you can see next to the tajine! They are called Batbout and are very famous in Morocco.
Another Iftaar Table loaded with yummy foods and now getting ready for our 10th fasting day!
