El fin de semana pasado, específicamente el sábado se estuvo realizando la elección de la nueva junta directiva de la asociación de ajedrez del estado (Asoajedrene), y como saben, hace un tiempo ya Matías forma parte del mundo del ajedrez, y como padres, lo apoyamos en cada torneo y tratamos de estar activos también en las actividades que realiza la asociación, e involucrarnos un poco más, así que asistimos a la reunión, además José forma parte del club de ajedrez del colegio donde está Mati como representante y era necesario estar y apoyar.
La actividad se realizó en la sala Doral II de Lidotel, un hotel exclusivo aquí en la Isla y estaba presente la directiva anterior, entre ellos la presidenta saliente, mi amiga @jesymora, algunos representantes, integrantes de los diferentes clubes, etc, así que estuvimos puntuales en el lugar y participamos de la votación donde se definieron los nuevos cargos, y hasta yo terminé formando parte como presidenta del Consejo Contralar al ser abogada y representante de un atleta.
Luego de definirse los cargos, algunos miembros de la junta directiva dieron algunas palabras a lis presentes, y finalmente se realizó un brindis deseando el mayor de los éxitos para este nuevo año.
Después llegó el momento de las fotografías y por supuesto que aproveché de tomar muchas pues era la primera vez que participaba en este tipo de actividades.

The activity was held in the Doral II room of Lidotel, an exclusive hotel here on the Island and the previous board was present, including the outgoing president, my friend @jesymora, some representatives, members of the different clubs, etc, so we were on time at the place and participated in the vote where the new positions were defined, and even I ended up being part as president of the Contralar Council being a lawyer and representative of an athlete.
After the positions were defined, some members of the board of directors gave some words to those present, and finally a toast was made wishing the best of success for this new year.
Then it was time for pictures and of course I took the opportunity to take many of them, since it was the first time I participated in this type of activity.
