Today, in the middle of a blessed and sunny day, I decided to go out to the Manzanares Plaza Shopping Center to distract my mind, recharge my energy and let the music do its thing.
I found an environment full of life: Cross Combat routines, functional exercises and free dance, each one with its good vibes, its rhythm... its magic.
Seeing so many people of different ages and physical conditions moving with enthusiasm made me reflect: it's not about perfection, but about connection. It's about giving each other a different moment, making new friends and simply enjoying.
In an instant, I felt that adrenaline that drives you to want to dance, to smile for no reason, to let go of what hurts, because for a few seconds, the music and the environment invite you to see each process, no matter how difficult it may seem, from another perspective... one where faith begins to flourish and the mind is filled with light.
Hoy, en medio de un día bendecido y soleado, decidí salir hasta el Centro Comercial Manzanares Plaza a distraer la mente, recargar energía y dejar que la música hiciera lo suyo.
Me encontré con un ambiente lleno de vida: rutinas de Cross Combat, ejercicios funcionales y baile libre, cada uno con su buena vibra, su ritmo… su magia.
Ver a tantas personas de diferentes edades y condiciones físicas moviéndose con entusiasmo, me hizo reflexionar: no se trata de perfección, sino de conexión. De regalarnos un momento distinto, de hacer nuevas amistades y simplemente disfrutar.
En un instante, sentí esa adrenalina que te impulsa a querer bailar, a sonreír sin razón, a soltar lo que duele, porque por unos segundos, la música y el entorno te invitan a ver cada proceso por muy difícil que parezca desde otra perspectiva… una donde la fe empieza a florecer y la mente se llena de luz.
