Hello friends and hive community, hope we are good, i just decided to play music all through the night to cool and reorganize and put my mind in the right frame or mood rather
Felt stressed out emotionally due to some uncertainty and unexpected hangovers , so i feltso bored. So i had to play some good Africa gospel music all through the night while praying where necessary and falling asleep in between Hahaha.
The truth is that i felt better healthier mentally this morning than I was last night, cooling off with a good music is good for our mental health especially when we stressed out, cos it just helped me to more be relaxed with myself
