Hello Hivers! How long has it been? My apologies for posting like forever. My laptop is still being fixed, and I got really busy with all the moving and adjusting again.
Anyway, here's one of my bucket lists being checked! After running errands for my aunt, we went to The Barracks to grab some food, then we stumbled into an unli lechon stall. I and my partner were having big grins as we thought the same and immediately asked how much it was. It costs 280 pesos with three (3) puso (hanging rice) and a soft drink. My partner looked for a table to dine at, and I took our orders. We got seated and started eating. The lechon tastes good (I wanted it to be extra salty), but it's a thumbs up. The lechon skin is so crispy and juicy. I went again two (2) times, and my partner refilled three (3) times and bought more hanging rice. It was really worth it.
On to our next list!
