I don't know who came up with that, but it's very true. There are a few things that complicate that action and understanding of that action.
Where is the bottom?
Determining the bottom of something is hard enough, especially in your own life. Yesterday, a friend of mine claimed that he had been at the bottom all his life, but he never pushed back. I don't think it was the bottom unless there was enough fear of staying there forever. Maybe it was a couple of meters or maybe a mile away from the bottom. Either way, I also see my life. The fear of losing what's left keeps me from risking it all. When there is nothing left to lose, the fear disappears. Apparently this is the bottom!
Right now, in cryptospace, the bottom doesn't even feel like one. Everyone knows that sooner or later there will be a new bull market. Everyone is waiting for it. The bottom will be when bitcoin price is less than $10000 or even less. Or with the world economic crisis, when the income of the first world countries will be enough only for food and utility bills. Maybe something else, but we will definitely see it. When crypto-enthusiast sell their assets at a good loss to pay the bills, it will be like this. These are my thoughts...
How to push back?
If you don't know how to push back, it's not bottom. Or you're resigned and go with the flow. In other cases, the way is found instantly and on its own. Climbing out of this pit at all costs is something you will do for the rest of your life, so you no longer feel this pain, helplessness, and fear.

Yes, nothing in our lives is guaranteed. But in moving forward along the road, you meet interesting people who can turn your world upside down. And you their world. On the move, new thoughts and ideas come, new paths emerge. The space of opportunity increases if you just get out of the house or get off the couch. In the end, nothing is guaranteed only if you do nothing...
I see thousands of people building now in Hive when a million around here are screaming that crypto is a scam. The guarantees the government gives them are crumbling. Where's the faith in digital states that you can't touch? I was there until I withdrew my first money from WAX and tasted it. Bought a laptop, clothes and food for a month. Isn't that a guarantee?
It's very important to build now when it costs cents. Build at 10 times the price in a bull market when everything is flying up, but there's no telling how long it will last. I remember when Hive was $3 and everyone was talking in one voice about $10. Within a month, we were back to $1. That month was very difficult to build, HP gains were very slow.
This is not the reality.
The reality is that banks are losing their customers every day. Why should I show my assets if everyone is trying to come to me and tell me what to do? Why should I worry about ever-changing rules and laws to own my money? There is cryptocurrency, Stablecoin, DeFi and decentralized apps. My money can finally be my right, choice and desire. At least in my country, banks are a total bottom line!
