So, I will post one last time about my recent visit to the mountains and my friend's house this weekend. Once again, my friend invited me to spend another weekend at his house, and he promised me that this time we would explore new places within the woods to take some nice photos, enjoy beautiful views, and tire ourselves out by walking through these spots.
The first place he wanted to visit was the other side of the mountain, a place called Livadia. The distance was approximately 15 kilometers, so we started early in the morning. This place is filled with farmland, and most of the houses there belong to farmers who tend to the crops. However, overall, there isn't a single person living there. Some years ago, there was a fire outpost where people would watch during the summer months for potential fires that could break out in the mountains. Nevertheless, the outpost is now abandoned, and no one works there anymore. We found a rock from which we could see the lake and the tristate area.
The next place we visited was called Agioneri, where there is a waterfall. If you follow the path, it leads to an old, small church. The path was incredibly beautiful and very easy to walk.
To end the day, we took a photo during the sunset at the top of the village. The view was truly awesome.
So, that's it, guys. This will be the final post from this village for this year. I really enjoyed our last visit. Now, it's time for more swimming and trips to the beach.
