Hello liketu people! This week I have had a lot of evaluations, luckily we are already half way through the week and I have finished with several of them. Before an evaluation I always try to relax with my friends to arrive at the classroom with a lot of confidence, trusting in ourselves is very important, especially if we are going to do any activity, because if we do not believe in ourselves, it is very possible that the nerves invade us and we forget everything we have studied. Personally, breathing exercises help me a lot to relieve my nerves and calm down, doing positive affirmations is also very effective and helps me to maintain a good mood during the day.
Hola gente de liketu! Esta semana he tenido muchas evaluaciones, por suerte ya vamos a mitad de semana y he acabado con varias. Antes de una evaluación siempre trato de relajarme con mis amigas para llegar al salón con mucha confianza, confiar en nosotros mismos es algo muy importante, sobretodo si vamos a realizar alguna actividad, pues si no creemos en nosotros mismos, es muy posible que los nervios nos invadan y olvidemos todo lo que hemos estudiado. En lo personal los ejercicios de respiración me ayudan mucho a aliviar los nervios y calmarme, realizar afirmaciones positivas también me resulta muy efectivo y me ayuda a mantener un buen estado de ánimo durante el día.
